He can go and phuck himself! Utter crap is what I call his words. Punching someone when they cant defend themselves is just out of order. His lame comments are only due to his fear of not playing in this years competition again. Bastard... :frustrat:

Burdisso was trying to beat up Marchena :p
But Navarro is talking sh!t. I'm sure he has some history or something and that he just wanted to beat someone up...

They have some other great pictures at the sky-website

About the game we weren't lucky enough and started to put some pressure in Valencia way too late but imo we mainly got knocked out because of our draw at home.
It was very sad we got knocked out early once again but anyway i'm suprised by some comments here, when People say that Mancini has to be sacked and the scudetto is worthless now...
Sounds more like some comments from milan or buventus supporters...

It was only two season ago when Mancini and Inter won the Coppa italia. It was the first trophy since i don't know when it was celebrated like winning the scudetto.
And now Mancini and a record-breaking Inter who will win the Scudetto and maybe even Coppa again doesn't seem to be enough to satisfy the fans ?!?
Why ?!? Hopfully not because some juventino bastards have said so...

March 22nd, I just saw Sky's report on the war at Mestalla.

UEFA will hand out verdicts or punishments on March 22nd. I expect a ban for Burdisso and a bigger ban for Navarro. The others will be hit financially.

The last thing this team needs it's a revolution... the revolution already was made this last summer with the exit of 5 or 6 players who were not good for Inter (only maybe martins and pizarro), right now only 2 players should leave, 1 is figo, and only get 1 or 2 new players (one young player figo style, maybe nasri, and one new DM for sub. Vieira and Cambiasso), no more, there is no need to waste more money, inter of this year reminds of barcelona of 2 years ago when they won champions league after beeing eliminated last year in 1/8 by chelsea.

What was amazing was the unity showed by Inter players...
barring a cpl like Grosso, all were infuriated at what happened and everyone directed their vent towards the other team...not to any teammate

I wd hate to see any of these players leaving during this summer except for Adri..and maybe 1-2 more...

Dacourt took his shoes off, but too late to get a good shot with them at Navarro.

You're right Alex, no need to make changes in this great team.

I love all the players we have now and I don't want anyone to leave us.

Burdisso, Cruz, Cordoba, Zanetti, Toldo, Materazzi, Dacourt, Crespo, Samuel... all of them.

Only few cases like Figo should be replaced, and maybe a new young DM so we won't have to face the same situation this season.

Finally we have a real team and players who love the shirt they're wearing.

fck people like Cannavaro and Ronaldo, they're too small to clean Mariano's shoes.

I am not close as sad about the exit compared to last years one,not by a mile,i am very happy to see how the squad was united like this, how still nobody can beat us and hopefully we continue or excellent run in Serie A and truimph against roma for the 3rd consecutive time.

Grazie Ragazzi and Forza Inter.

I see your point, and I do agree. But I still feel that remaining calm is the more, perhaps, sophisticated way of reacting, since Navarro will have his trouble afterwards anyway.
That is true, but only in an ideal world and with an ideal punch if one can now say so!

I'm talking about temperamental players as Materazzi and Ibra. They did the right thing IMO (given that they didn't do anything that they can be penalised for).
Further I too do give a lot of credit to the likes of Ibra and Matrix for not getting that much involved. Ibra because he kept his cool despite all the provocations from Canizares in the first half and again at the end when for no reason several Valencia staff surrounded him.
Matrix too was victim of Villa’s several lame dives that Nedved himself would have been proud of. Basically all our players did keep their cool despite the continuous dives, random minute like death for the being fully fit and basically general time wasting tactics from the Valencia players. A disgraceful display from the Spanish side from start to finish really…

As for the fight itself I think there are 2 reasons why the 2 of them didn’t really get involved. 1-none of them were near the punching incident, hence didn’t have a clue at why our Spanish spoken players suddenly started to chase Navarro. 2- Only our Argentinean players would have understood what Marchena said to Nico hence the fierce reaction from those players.

thats it you genious. If we had a better coach, we would have played a better game in the first leg, and wouldnt need to WIN IN VALENCIA.

4 players injured??? Didnt Valencia had the same problem in the first leg?? You are Flores, you have you dont have Delhorno, Vincente, Braja, an extremely crappy Joaquin. And players, that are not even half the quality that we have. And what do you do? You get 2 away goals at Sansiro, and make Mancini look like a fool.

And Roma, can be a very good team on thier day. Spalletti is the best manager in Italy. Their starting X1, is one of the best in the world, but just look at their reserves players. Thats why they will never have consistency to win in any good domestic league in Europe.
Calm down Shanz. I have been a school team coach and I think what M.Adann said is right.

Burdisso, Cordoba and Maicon will be banned, i can imagine it's for next year, probably the 3 or 4 firsts games of CL.

Forza RAGAZZI!!!

I love them all and I agree with most of the comments by not making drastic changes to our team!! Let the haters say what they want because their just jealous of this Inter team. ;)

Maybe we went out, but the team did all what it could to go through and on the night it wasn't meant to be for us to go through.

I'm sure Inter can build on this year's success for next season. My only hope is to replace Figo with a quality player like C. Ronaldo, Messi or Amantino Mancini.

Figo was also right there trying to get inside their locker room after Toldo got in .
