Wow Lpool fans are completely deluded.

First off their stupid anthem "conquered all of Europe" really? Yeah, you got the final out of sheer dumb luck and the only great side you beat was Man City (and we all know their European pedigree).

After the game they say Ramos went after Salah and some even said with certainty that next season they'll be back in the final and they're gonna win the EPL when they finished behind a very mediocre United side this season. They can fuck off.

From an entertainment point of view, having top teams is great, but i'd rather we get as far as we could and with our team, the realistic way of that happening is by getting easier teams. Main reason being that it's important for us financially to progress as far as we can.

I wouldnt mind an English team though as I might go down and watch the game live.

Guys, I think you're forgetting about this teams issues with complacency, should we run down the list of who beat this year? I don't want a group of death but we should hopefully get a good to decent team in our group to motivate the players.

Karius getting the complete Santon package, death threats and stuff. So much about never walking alone.

Egyptian lawyer files €1 billion lawsuit against Ramos over Salah challenge

The Liverpool forward's injury saga has taken a bizarre twist, with a fellow countryman looking to sue the Real Madrid skipper who sidelined him

An Egyptian lawyer has launched a €1 billion (£873m/$1.2bn) lawsuit against Sergio Ramos after Liverpool and Egypt star Mohamed Salah was injured in a challenge with the Real Madrid captain during Saturday's Champions League final.

Salah landed heavily on his left shoulder after grappling with Ramos during the Kiev showpiece and ligament damage around the joint placed his World Cup participation in doubt.

The Premier League Golden Boot winner posted on Twitter on Sunday to say he was "confident" he would be able to represent Hector Cuper's side at Russia 2018 , but that has done nothing to quell the apparent anger of lawyer Bassem Wahba.

In an appearance on Egyptian television channel Sada El-Balad , Wahba announced he had filed a complaint to FIFA and accused Ramos of a deliberate act and inflicting "physical and psychological harm" upon a nation and its most celebrated footballer.

"Ramos intentionally injured Mo Salah and should be punished about his actions," he claimed. "I've filed a lawsuit and a complaint to FIFA.
"I'll ask for compensation, which could exceed €1 billion, for the physical and psychological harm that Ramos gave Salah and the Egyptian people."

In the seemingly unlikely event of winning any compensation, Wahba has pledged to donate to the state's Long Live Egypt Fund.

On Monday, a petition on the Change.org website asking UEFA and FIFA to take action against Ramos for the challenge on Salah passed 300,000 signatories.

During the match, referee Milorad Mazic did not award a foul for the incident.

Madrid may have enough guile and experience that they may have turned the tie anyhow, but they were getting steamrolled until that moment.

Salah does the drag and play with his arm but when Ramos does it back he doesn't want to play? Sounds like a 4 year old to me and all of those commenting this shit are haters that are blind to facts.

The most distgusting part is when I hear Barcelona supporters talk about this. There was one who mentioned this to me and I asked him why he hates on Ramos? Shouldn't you want to buy him?

Then I bring up Busquets. Or why not Suarez, Alba, Iniesta, Dani Alves? They are people who has done this type of shit to get people sent off?

It was the fall. Quite an ugly fall. And he didn't fall on his own.

That arm lock thing looks bad but it's not what caused the injury.

The irony is he didn't get this injury in Serie A or a Serie A related incident. The last player who got a dislocated shoulder was Nagatomo against Celtic.
