A very solid outing at a difficult pitch. Not many teams will come away with a point from Udine this season. There was plenty to like about the performance.
- The back 4 was very solid.
- While Grosso wasn't at his best, I thought he got into dangerous positions often enough, he just lacked the final ball. It will come.
- Agree on Figo. He gets too tired in the second half. He should be subbed by 70mins.
- Stankovic was excellent. Even better than when he's scored his goals if you ask me. He's getting himself into scoring positions all the time, just like he did with Lazio. His passing was first class too.
- I didn't think Ibra was awful. In fact, I thought he was the only player that looked likely to score for us. He was frustrating at times, but I don't think he was half as bad as most people have made out.
We're on the right track.
