He did well, specially when Ronaldo was behind and miles in front of him with one move, if Ronaldo didn't strike the post, Real would've been there now.

Valencia set for Italian clearout
Friday 11 March, 2005
Valencia’s Italian contingent look set for summer moves after the recent sacking of Claudio Ranieri.

The Italian tactician brought in Stefano Fiore, Bernardo Corradi, Emiliano Moretti and Marco Di Vaio (pictured) at the start of this term, but their futures at the Mestalla are now in doubt.

Reports in Spain suggest that the four former Serie A stars don’t feature in the plans of new boss Antonio Lopez.

He is understood to have authorised the club to look for potential buyers at the end of the season.

Midfielder Fiore has been associated with Fiorentina and Inter in the last six months, after his move from Lazio.

Corradi, who also left the Olimpico in the summer, is a possible Fiorentina target even if Tottenham are also keen.

Di Vaio, a £7m signing from Juventus, is looking for an exit and Inter are apparently keen. He could join the Nerazzurri on loan.

While there should be some interest in Moretti, a promising left-back, given that he impressed at Under-21 level prior to his Spanish switch.

Well Fiore won't happen in this world. I hope..

But who knows about Di Vaio?

Out of those mentioned, Moretti and Di Vaio would be the few who I would even consider buying. Moretti is a young left back (24 y/o, if I'm not wrong), and we could do with one. Di Vaio will be a good acquisition if Recoba and Cruz leave.

I would swap Di Vaio for Vieri if only valencia would agree.

I want Ronaldo!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also I wouldn't want to buy Di Vaio, loan is good, and same goes for Veron. Players on loan seem better!(Veron>Davids)(Pandev>S.Inzaghi at Lazio)

Fiore would be good if we were to make a whole new midfield without Karagounis, Recoba, Emre and C.Zanetti.

Something like this would be good for next season:
---------------------------Goalkeeper----------------------------

-----J.Zanetti-------Cordoba---------Luisao----------Left back

--------------------------------Cambiasso

-------------------Veron--------------Stankovic

-------------------------------Fiore

-------------------------Ronaldo----------Adriano

It's good but the two positions without 'data' are worrying. Maybe Toldo and Coco can still do it but Julio Cesar and Dede/Evra are probably better

There is no way that you can say Di Viao is better then Vieri. I can not believe that you would even think something like that i wouldent want Di Viao no way he is too inconsistant and not a stong physicall forward like Vieri either. and why do people continue to have this good impression of a back stabbing fat @$$ im telling you right now if ronaldo comes back to inter he will do the same thing he did before LEAVE WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH you think that a good player is someone who just ups and leaves a club who put so much into him when they are having ruff times. NO i dont think so why take him back we dont need his fat taco eating self

Also, we want to sign Stephen Makinwa (young, talented striker from Atalanta, he´s Martins´s good friend), Fabio Grosso (Palermo) in exchange for Cruz and Goran Pandev (now at Lazio) might come back.

That´s ´bout it, over and out.
Did you know that...Makinwa's first ever Serie A goal was scored against none other than Inter? It was the equaliser in our 1-1 draw in Modena last season, played at 25 Jan 2004. Recoba scored for us in that tie.

Grosso would be great!

Translation digeest: Allegedly Inter is on the move to bring back Ronaldo and since Real still owes 18 million Euros it will be settled this way.

Mancio blocks Ronaldo return Friday 11 March, 2005

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Inter boss Roberto Mancini has looked to cool talk that Ronaldo will return to the San Siro in the summer.

The Brazilian this week stated that he would be happy to wear the Nerazzurri colours again after a difficult campaign in Spain.

But Mancio insists he’s not concerned with this summer’s transfer campaign at this moment in time.

"We have other things to think about right now," he stated. "I’ve never coached him. He is a great player but that doesn’t mean he’ll come back here.

"We’re thinking of other things and I think he is too, as Real are still hoping to catch Barcelona at the top of La Liga."

Ronaldo controversially turned his back on Inter in the summer of 2002 after Real came knocking for his services.

"It is difficult to make judgements. It was hard from the outside to understand why he left," added Mancini.

"I was disappointed because it seemed as if Ronaldo had a good relationship with the club.

"Perhaps they should have continued together but certain decisions need to be made sometimes."

After Korea world cup Ronaldo when leave us. this meaning is Ronaldo oneself give up(slam) "king of the football". and greatest real football life. because Ronaldo want immediately some grory and some different life. of course his agents push(?) Ronaldo.

Now Ronaldo great striker. but dertainly not "King of the football". because repeat... Ronaldo want immediately some grory and different life. Ronaldo scared real greatest football life(advanture).

Frankly now Ronaldo probably regret this. by this time Ronaldo just great striker. not legend player.

If Ronaldo with us? difinitely without doubt already Inter and Ronaldo best of best in the world. Interista always happy and fully enjoy football. but now... nothing :cry2: :cry2:

I loved Ronaldo. but this time I only can say "I'm so sorry for Ronaldo", "hey Ronaldo you are not real champion."

FORZA INTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!! CL and COPPA ITALIA OURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE DO NOT WANT HYPOCHONDRIAC INTER and INTERISTA!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE INTER!!!!!!!!!!!! COME ON INTER!!!!!!!

Yes but Fiore is not that bad, he won Coppa Italia(Juventus in finals i mean) by himself. Totti is an excellent playre but he's too expensive

Fiore? Pass. I'd rather keep Karagounis than get Fiore. It wouldn't be a surprise if he came over though, not with Mancini whispering into Moratti's ears about another superb ex-Lazio player. I'm shocked he hasn't asked for Corradi, the crappiest Vieri-clone I've ever seen. How this guy made the Italian National team I'll never know.
