I go 3 times a week, run 3 km, 30 minutes on that bicycle shit on level 5, and 15 mins on stepper , + one last sprint in the end.

Damn I found this thread finally.

Im doing cardio mostly these days, I want to lose this fucking belly :palm: .

any tips, diets or shit like that to help a brother out?

Avoid cold drinks, junk food, eat fast food less like once in 2 weeks and try to avoid burgers in that. I heard Djorkovic say that we tennis players eat Pizza's in fast food as it contains the least calories in the category.

Do this and balance your diet like if you're used to eat greatly in 3 meals, reduce those great meals to 2 ( one in the morning and one in the evening/night ). Avoid those first 3 things and you'll see within a month or two how amazingly fat accumulation reduces. These things are like poison to our bodies yet we're like can't do without them due to the norm around us.

Well I am proud to say that in this last month I lost 13/14 KG s, thats right.

I had like 93 now I have 80 (H) .

I am training like a fucking maniac, running 5/6 kms almost everyday.

Ma man! Not that I have any experience in losing weight, but running & cardio is one of the best ways to lose weight & get rid of that beer belly. But the real key in achieving anything is having discipline really. Cuz it's a 24 hour job in my opinion. It's not just all about what you do in the gym, but how you adjust your general lifestyle. Sleeping well, paying attention to what you're eating, less drinking, not smoking, less fap, etc.

I used to be skinny as a motherfucker & wanted to gain weight & look buff all my life. I was so skinny I quit wearing t-shirts in the age of 18 for almost 10 years, because I was embarrassed to display my skinny arms. I didn't go swimming or any other activity that required me to reveal my body in public. I even wore 2-3 t-shirts under my long-sleeved shirts (even in summer) & had the illusion that it will make a difference & make me look bigger. I was all fucked up in head & shit & had some real self-image problems.

Have been working out very disciplined since December & been seeing tremendous results. Grown some serious arms & tits! It gives you a helluva motivation boost when people who haven't seen you in a while notice the difference & compliment your shape. This happens to me a lot which means all the work is paying out & keeps you going on. I also notice the difference myself in how much stronger I'm getting week after week. You now dare to lift weights, you didn't even dare looking at befo'.

This is my program:

Day 1: chest - abs
Day 2: biceps/triceps - abs
Day 3: legs/back - abs
Day 4: shoulder - abs
Day 5: break

I take a protein shake after the workout & one before going to bed. Try to eat well & healthy. Eating is the most important aspect in my opinion. For folks who're trying to gain, it's not about eating huge portions. It's about eating reasonably-sized portions, but more servings during the day. If you eat huge portions but only once or twice, that's shit. Cuz your body is gonna take the amount it needs & turn the rest into shit. So try eating smaller portions, but more often during the day. Drink less (used to drink like a motherfucker weekly), but now I drink a beer every once in a while. & despite the image I've been giving from myself on FIF, been trying to fap as less as possible, since I need the juice & the energy in my back.

You're looking pretty thick bro...need more definition though, easily done with a good diet (while keeping your muscle).

This is me 4 months ago...I have put on 3 kilos since then, while keeping my body fat 10% and under.

Weights achieved:

Deadlift 1 proper rep @ 370 pounds (167 kg)
Squad 3 proper reps @ 550 pounds (250 kg)
Chest (not very strong here) 3 proper reps @ 220 pounds (100 kg)

If you guys want, happy to provide gym scheduels and important supps/tips.

Well I am not doing much cardio this month, just running like a motherfucker like there's no other day , + I wear a sweat shirt when I run, I feel like a fucking pit bull, which is a nice feeling tbh.

I am eating healthy but still not enough ,I ate pizza the other day, every week I eat something fucked up due to the pressure of my parents who think that I will fucking die if I continue this way :p, havent drank alcohol in a while now, I am drinking constantly low fat milk in which they add vitamins and shit..

I dont sleep that regularly since I dont sleep all night and sleep all day, I wake up at 6/7pm eat something that is home cooked or chicken usually, and I hit the gym.. Somedays I go jogging out somedays @ the gym.. shits good..

as for the motivation I got really mad when some bitches started talking shit bout my belly, Now I will go to school shirtless and will pose for them bitches, and Imma watch em as they get wetter than the Niagara falls. :fuckyea: + my doc started talkin shit bout how its hard to lose weight, if youre reading this, fuck you doc (i know he is nt thats why I am sayin that :pokerface:)

btw hopefully this helps me with basketball too, I hope to gain more vertical and become a little faster with this training.
and one question till what weight do yall think is the best to stop runnin and start working out.

I am 183cm long.. (not long on that part :pokerface: , its not possible ..or is it:pokerface:

Nice stuff guys.

I've been working in the fitness gym for about two months and actually my aim is firstly to gain some weight then build muscles.

Though all the time been working intensively(six days of the week with only sunday rest) on different stuff, and feels like there is a huge improvement compared to what I've been like about 4-5 months ago.

Don't you mean gain strength first, and then build muscle? Because best way to gain weigh is to build muscles. :D

Nope. I want to gain weigh.

I have muscles, well surely not Hal's level :)P) but I do have some lol. Like i said, i need to gain more weight

I just started properly going a few weeks ago and I'm already seeing improvments. Used to be a skinny little bitch a couple of years ago ala Dara but I'm really getting into it.

Should I bother with taking a ''before'' photo?

11 months ago I started a diet + die hard program.. before I was 106kg, then 2 months ago I went down to 84kg and was looking good and fit. then in the past 2 months I got sick and had to stop the work out, and started eating like a pig again and went up to 92 now. frustrating, now I`ll have to wait another month so I start working out again after Ramadan.

^ Try maintaining a high fap/day ratio. It will also help you lose weight. It's fun too.

eh I'm trying to get back to a decent fitness/health level, but can't do any cardio that involves use of one of my legs XD currently 53kg, want to get back to around 50kg and tone up a bit again, a year of doing absolutely nothing hasn't been too good :|

hahah I've got a Ronaldo injury, started from a skiing accident years ago and now the ligament is just dying tbh XD

Eh I already have all that covered, just want to keep healthy for the sake of health rather than anything else.. and maybe I miss the toned body I used to have tbh.

Great work there and I thought losing 8 kg was a good job. Besides that I'm training in a gym as well for about 1 1/2 months and feel way better than before. :slick:

@Devious: You will get there back really soon. Just keep the motivation up and take Lionheart & snake as role models :)

Was drinking muscle juice, gain 5 kg then stop gaining. Change to Serious mass, still not gaining another kg. My friends are suggesting Carnivor beef protein...i dont know if its good or not. Im 173 cm, 60 kg...need to gain 10 more kg.

^^ I can give you my fats I've gained this summer. It weighs about 7 kg if that any helps to you. :troll: damn it.. I need to lose 10 kg but it's so damn dificult to get the routine donw when so much of travelling.
