Well I am not doing much cardio this month, just running like a motherfucker like there's no other day , + I wear a sweat shirt when I run, I feel like a fucking pit bull, which is a nice feeling tbh.
I am eating healthy but still not enough ,I ate pizza the other day, every week I eat something fucked up due to the pressure of my parents who think that I will fucking die if I continue this way
, havent drank alcohol in a while now, I am drinking constantly low fat milk in which they add vitamins and shit..
I dont sleep that regularly since I dont sleep all night and sleep all day, I wake up at 6/7pm eat something that is home cooked or chicken usually, and I hit the gym.. Somedays I go jogging out somedays @ the gym.. shits good..
as for the motivation I got really mad when some bitches started talking shit bout my belly, Now I will go to school shirtless and will pose for them bitches, and Imma watch em as they get wetter than the Niagara falls. :fuckyea: + my doc started talkin shit bout how its hard to lose weight, if youre reading this, fuck you doc (i know he is nt thats why I am sayin that
