Any of you work out at all?

What are your regiments every week like?

Any tips?

I've started again recently, as I need to do the usual lose body fat while gaining muscle sorta thing. So lots of cardio and a good measure of weight lifting.

As every year since I don't have the time to workout daily, I stared with the running, later I start the weight-lifting.

Before I had a 5 day schedule:

day1: biceps and triceps (spelling)
day2: chest and abdominal
day3: back and legs
day4: cardio shit (running, bicycling,...)
day5: rest

Day 1 - Shoulders and chest
Day 2 - Back and biceps
Day 3 - Legs and triceps

I don't do cardio stuff and work on abs on alternate days.

Well im not obese, but I have a beer belly look.

3 years back I was on my way to having a Brad Pitt like body, another 3 months work was needed, so I got the shape, not the abs. Then Johnny Walker and Corona came into my life.

Really though I need 2-3 months of working out to look fit enough.

I was more or less like that a year ago. Except I neede something like 4-5 months more. Then living changes happened and so did the eating patterns (due to location) changed too. :/

I need to lose this fucking belly.

Tim used to call me Hannibal...And for good reasons.

When I'm back at Indonesia, I plan to put a treadmill and do at least 10 minutes daily to get rid of this beer belly. I'll probably watch Entourage or some TV series to help go through the bore. :D I don't workout because I wanna look good and all that but mainly because of health reasons. Anyone else workout for health reasons here?

Having a muscular body helps you look more healthy and also makes your body more resistant to physical challenges. No shit, right, but that why I work out. And because my back is fragile as I don't know what. If I don't go to the gym it's hurting like mad. My back is terrible now because I have been reading for the exams, so I haven't been able to workout properly. I will today!

And in the summer I try to play fotball once a week with some friends.

nope that's not it...if you dont smoke and you're fat, you wont lose weight if you start smoking.
if youre slim and you smoke and then you quit smoking, there's a big possibility you'll get fat. that's what i did....now i started smoking again, and i'm almost the same weight again (83 before i stopped smoking, 102 when i started again, 86 now:D)

Just go run everyday, buy one of those stepmeters and see how active you are through the day and keep setting personal goals and you'll be fine

oh yeah no more fast food.....McDonalds burger king french fries pizza all gone lol

that will be a problem ..I just ate a cheeseburger :eek:kay:

I go 3 times a week, run 3 km, 30 minutes on that bicycle shit on level 5, and 15 mins on stepper , + one last sprint in the end.

I'm doing 30 mins of cardio, then 2 muscles + abs + L-Carnitine syrup.

Removed sodas, ice cream and bread from my meals.
