I was so happy seeing Juve relegated!!!!. But at the same time I knew Italian football could never be fair. Juve have done much more than Viola or Lazio, and yet they are treated mainly on the same level as Juve. All of them going ot SERIEB, only Juve with a higher point deduction.

I didnot want Viola,Lazio and Milan to get relegated, for the overall competition in SEREIA but my point is, if the first two are relegated, all the 4 clubs should have been trailed on equal basis. If Viola and Lazio, are going to B, then MILAN SHOULD ALSO GO TO B!!!!. Milan offence is the same as Lazio or Viola, if not worse. The only reason that Milan is staying in SERIEA is cause they have many star players, which will leave if they get demoted.
The standout club in this offense, still remains Juve. While Lazio, Fiorentina and Milan were only trailed for fixing one or two games, Juve were trailed for two whole seasons, in which they had bought countless no. of refs and games. They should have gone straight to C accordingly.
Wrost of all, the whole main bastard behind this scam, Moggi, is gonna escape any punishment and will only be banned from football for 5 years. He should have been banned from football forever, and given 5 years prison sentence.

I just dont think its fair that Viola and LAzio go to B. And by the way all three teams who got relegated from SEREIA this season, Treviso, Chievo and Messina will be back in SEREIA!!!!!!.

and yeah, Juve now officialy have 27 Scudettos, and its more likely, that last season's scudetto will go to Inter, and the one before that will go to Milan. Oh what the hell do you know, Sheva is now with Chelsea, but learns that he has won another Scudetto with Milan!!.
CL is surely gonna be intresting next year, with Livorno and Chievo in it,!!!.

Generally Im quite pleased with the verdict. Palazzi and the rest of the prosecution team have done well, because i thought juve would find a way to squirm out of the mess they are in now.

I want to see how this appeal is going to turn out, becuase there is a chance of getting their points penalty reduced, so getting back to A will be a lot easier. If the appeal is turned down, these players will leave because like Milanhater says, B is a very strong league now and with -30 points they will find it hard to get out of B.

I would like to know how milan got away with staying in A though.

I just correct you a bit Shabaz, it will be Palermo and not Livorno, not that it makes much of a difference.

I disagree with those who don't think it's fair that both Lazio and Fiorentina got relegated they where the only teams who got the right sentence. While Juve and especially Milans sentence where too soft and it's so clear that it was affected by the world cup.

yes the serie a loses allot but those team have to learn the consequences for their actions. and it was necessary to make an example. And that is what they have done, unfortunately Juve will do it all again when they return and Milan will continue their crimes and are properly laughing their ass off because they got away with it and even got one more scudetto then they had before. :yuck:

Great sentence. Juve will be without Champions league for probably 3 years. This could have big implications for juvemerda. But i really fear the appeals. I think they will probably lead to less strict sentences.

I never thought Gobbi would be relegated to serie C anyway. My main concern was to see them out side serie A for more than a year. So, if, the verdict in regards to gobbi remains the same even after their appeal then I’m satisfied as there is no way for them to return to Serie a in a year. So, all in all I’m quite pleased.
We also need to consider the fact that they are still paying for 2 years corruption and not 8-9 years of ongoing cheating.. Finally I’m still hopeful that they will be punished in regards to their doping case as well. May those filthy animals remain down where they belong for as long as possible. Rot in HELL!

The complete picture is:

Juventus:
1) Last in the table 2004/05 - scudetto taken away
2) Scudetto 2005/06 taken away
3) Serie B with 30 points deduction
4) Moggi and Giraudo: 5 years ban

Milan:
1) 44 points deduction from 2005/06 = no Champions League
2) 15 points deduction from 2006/07
3) Galliani: 1 year ban. Meani: 3 years ban.

While it's true that it's too early to celebrate, one thing is certain: Gobbi are phuckin going down, they can hope that the point deduction will be made lighter but that's it! Merdeeeee!

Fiorentina:
1) Last in the table 2005/06
2) Serie B with 12 points deduction
3) Andrea and Diego Dalla Valle: 4 years ban.

Lazio:
1) Last in the table 2005/06
2) Serie B with 7 points deduction
3) Claudio Lotito: 3 years ban

FIGC:
Franco Carraro: 4 years ban
Innocenzo Mazzini: banned for life

Refs Designators:
Paolo Bergamo and Pierluigi Pairetto: banned for life

Refs:
De Santis: 4 years ban
Rodomonti: not guilty
Dondarini: 3 years 6 months ban
Bertini: not guilty
Messina: banned for life
Rocchi: not guilty
Tagliavento: not guilty
Paparesta: 3 months ban

Yet it could be lenient enough for them to come straight back. And that is what I absolutely do not want. Considering the damage they have done to us (and all the other teams) the minimum punishment should be 2 years outside serie A. Anything less than that would be catastrophic.

Well guys, Serie is no longer for sale. Only dirty Berlusconi got away.

But next season, look forward to a Roma vs Inter duel :) As for Milan well they can always F**k off ! Least Milan will be the club always know as "the one that got away with it"

Look forward to next season, im confident we can do very, very well ;)

Hey maybe even Lazio in the Coppa, now that would be great :dielaugh:

Exactly. I was so mad when I heard this. This really sucks since Milan deserves serie B, I would bet that stupid trial was corrupted as well. I just hope it doesn't go better for Juventus than it's now :(

I know what you're saying Ashkan, but I don't care really, once they go down their reputation will be compromised for years to come.

We will be the only team always present in Serie A. All of Juve's past wins will always be questioned and made fun of. They will have to build a whole new team from scratch, players, club officials, the lot.

I couldn't ask for anything more.

I know that this was probably mentioned in recent pages, but 40 isn't a small number to read so can anybody please tell me what exactly were Milan, Fiorentina and Lazio accused for? I mean what games exactly did they fix?

30 points for Juve is fair.....Serie C would have been maybe too much to ask for, but 30 points?? that's great...there's a chance you will see them out for 2 years.

-30, and we can see them in C next year. Who will thay play with? With youth team and Del Piero as their captain? Oh and don't forget C. Zanetti, he will help tham :D , and Bojinov also, he will play against Viola in B...

Dont get very happy guys, dont forget about the Appeals...

Most likely after appeals, Juve will maybe go down to only -15  and Milan to -6?

I hope there tough on appeals.
