There's really no big team that can claim any sort of moral high ground when it comes to poaching youngsters.

A lot of our young players start out at other academies so don't see the big deal here? If anything it's mostly the fans that started the whole "poaching our players" thing which was made worse by Cesc saga. When in reality it was Cesc who WANTED to leave because he wasn't going to get a chance (at the time) in Barca's first team.

Dont know how true it is.

A Cristiano Ronaldo good news story. After a Real Madrid game at the end of last season the footballer and his agent Jorge Mendes met a nine year old boy suffering from cancer.

They spoke to his parents and learned that his only chance was expensive experimental treatment, the boy's father said "The hospital gave us three options: do nothing, experimental tests and a biopsy sent to the U.S. to make a customised drug."

Ronaldo and Mendes decided to take on any costs and the youngster was transferred to a private hospital in Madrid.

Don't know if it's true but it's not like that's the first time he's done something charitable. As much as I hate him as a player you can't really assume things about his (or anyone's) private life.

Drogba makes 10x more humanitarian work than Ronaldo

I think that's what he means though, Drogba's really unlikeable on the pitch (except for his club's fans) but he is a completely different person outside of football.

Exactly, funny how people judge their lives without knowing anything about their private life.

Still Ronaldo does something, that's what I meant like Visca said.

Alba needs a rest tbh. Barca better make a call to the olympic team.

But yeah, very good young team and hopefully will get to see players like adrian, ander and munian...fantastic players
