Full focus on winning the title. That's all that matters.
After the season, we're going to offer him a new deal. It might be costly for us but it's worth every penny.

People discount that there were signs of greatness at Lazio. He could have won the league in 2020 if it weren't for covid. And the new 5 subs rule in the middle of that season.
As far as the praise that he’s been getting from abroad, Inzaghi said that “It makes me enormously happy to hear.”
“But I don’t want to hear about Inzaghi. I want to hear about Inter.”
“I’ve always enjoyed watching my teams play,” he added. “That’s what makes me the happiest.”
yeah and of course in that case we werent going to make R16 (already out) so while still very keen on the scudetto run, its a different level of excitement compared to now imhoyeah, the only time we had such a good run was under Conte, which was straight 11 wins from January to March
This is the first time in a very long time, maybe even ever, I've been at this stage of a season and really looking forward to the rest of it going asap.
Normally we've had a shit feb, even under Mourinho we were like barely clinging on to the top spot.
How unusual not to have Feb blues.
Fair enough. You'd have to be pretty stupid to think English food is all the food available in England. England - especially around London - probably has the most diverse food range in the world, joint 6th most michelin stars in the world, etc.
But, sure, living in impoverished 15k euros a year as a senior manager in a bank, in a mafia country, that's better.
You may be right but I expect you'll be proven wrong. And my reasoning is because Inter is a feeder club, which is a harder existence for a manager than being with a club that represents the top of the financial pyramid.I cannot see him go after this season, no matter what happens.
He has a united team behind him and management team which are providing him pieces. He's gonna get a pay raise for what he has achieved and even if it's not as much some other club could pay, I would claim the things I listed in the previous sentence have more factor than some millions more in Inzaghi's bank account.
He has a legit chance to build Inter to be a force in Europe again. I can't see why he would throw that away for a "new challenge". Because that new challenge might aswell be a total disaster (Man Utd, Chelsea, Bayern). He knows what he has here and it looks good.
Excellent graphic thank you for putting that up.View attachment 11645
yea, exactly, those feb and march losses usually fucked us
I don`t know. You may be also right. You may be right but I expect you'll be proven wrong. And my reasoning is because Inter is a feeder club, which is a harder existence for a manager than being with a club that represents the top of the financial pyramid.
What would Inzaghi be if Inter were bankrolled at that level. No idea, but he has shown he can build a top unit with a shrewd football organization around him, so the next step would be can he run an organization that assembles the best talent.
If he wins the CL then I think there is a very high chance he is gone. I expect a lot of top club movement this year among the different leagues, with the biggest bankrolled clubs looking for new blood. Chelsea, Utd, Liverpool, Barca, Bayern plus maybe Arsenal. Feels to me like this may be a very interesting summer.
This. Inzaghi was squeezing every ounce out of that squad for years. Perpetual overachievers. There was no guarantee he’d be able to make the step up, but he was mighty impressive in his only other professional coaching gig before inter. And Rome is not a easy city to coach in.People discount that there were signs of greatness at Lazio. He could have won the league in 2020 if it weren't for covid. And the new 5 subs rule in the middle of that season.
