Last i heard is that everyone knew he will leave for free since 2 years ago. He refused any contract and felt it's the right time to move to Europe on the age of 23.

Yes but I haven't heard anything about refusal until Pajo mentioned it. From what I heard Tigre weren't willing to match his demands and when they did it was to late he had already agreed with us.

Mmm not really..a refusal is refusing to sign no matter the offer. High terms (unless something ridiculous like Messi wage) is something different. And they met the terms eventually which means they weren't that outrageous.
