Thoughts:
1 - The timing is a bit weird. Why not after the last game? What's changed?
2 - With the international break, how much time is Mancini really gonna get? It's a big match but I doubt there will be TOO much pressure to win the derby, more than anything just show a new formation and some passion.
3 - Mancini might be to many of us quite a limited coach, but given our situation (No CL, not likely to get CL, no money) it's probably about the best we can do. And TBH Mancini wasnt too bad with youngsters, IIRC. He debuted more youth in his time than anyone else (mid-20s?) and oversaw a lot of Balotelli for example. With a more talented youth team, it might be interesting to see what he'll do.
