Dunno about this appointment... Don't think Mancini is the right choice.

At this point, after 6 coaches within 4 years, there is no right choice tbh. Frankly I feel bad for every poor bastard that takes over this club. Instead of hiring different coaches, somebody should go hire a wizard or a witch to shoo away the daemons & spells away from this doomed club.

That being said, after the way he was fired, I wouldn't have returned to this "ex girlfriend" of a club out of self respect. Not sure why he agreed (other than money of course).

Those of you not sure about Mancini, I don't think you are fully aware of the state of the club right now.

Mancini may be a tier 2 coach rather than top tier like a Mourinho, but Inter is a freaking...tier 4 club right now. We should be fucking thankful having someone like Mancini.

WHEN we get back to winning seria A titles and deem Mancini inadequate for winning the CL or whatever, THEN we can think about something better.

If Moratti would still be involved then I doubt he would have accepted.

GDS: RM signed the contract till 2017!

DickheadFassone confirmed the press conference for tomorrow.

So I have a question does this thread go back to players&coaches or stays in LGI ?!:eek:blivious:

I disagree. Im not saying we will be great with him, but we know him, we know what we get, and what we get isnt shit. I believe Mancini will get us to 3rd place.

Mancini again...

Will he do better than Mazzarri? Very likely.
Is he the long-awaited coach suitable for our long-term project? I really doubt it.

The last time he's been there he had Maicon and Ibra in the squad and now he has Jonathan and Palacio. Just saying... Should I remind you also his record in Europe?

But on the other hand, we're quite early in the season so we can still save ourselves and go for TOP3. It's only 5 points, I know Napoli got better recently but we can still do this. And if Thohir really wanted to change the coach now, Mancini was the best possible choice (alongside Spalletti).

Forza Mancio, we have some fucking Bbilan asses to kick.

They seem lost on Kovacic's role though.

Mancini in 2012: The biggest talent in Europe? Kovacic from Dinamo Zagreb. There has been talk about him for a long time. He was born to play football, will become a champion.

I agree, but what other choice do we have now? Mazzarri lost the team and having a new (old) coach will mean a lot in this season. I don't think we can reach top3 although we are not so far from it.

With the players we have, we are able to play some good counterattacking football. Do it, Mancini.

Our "long-term project"? What long-term project? We have one?

he had Maicon and Ibra in the squad and now he has Jonathan and Palacio.
And whose fault is it that we don't have better players? Certainly not Mancini's.

2 and a half year deal is very very risky imo. What if Mancini doesn't work out as well?

I have no issue with Mancini as a caretaker type coach. It's the 2 years we've signed him for after the season ends that is questionable. I'm sure he'll do and say the right things in the short term, but let's see how things go this summer when the reality of our financial situation hits him.
