I don't see how Real is better than us on paper.
Sure they have Modric and Kroos in the middle but if we can neutralize that and avoid silly mistakes at the back, we shouldn't lose.

Last time we were the better side but made one costly fuck up. This time there's no real pressure either. A result will be a happy outcome, but failing to win is simply a prestige hit without serious consequences. First or second shouldn't matter much here if our aim is to be one of the best sides in Europe.

It's game day baby!

From my sites and news people it seems no one has us down to win, what a massive LOL that is, going to be so much sweeter when we do :)

2-0 incoming my friends! Black and Blue all day, tops on, scarf on (I mean to be fair it is cold here) missus has a top on! Let's do this!

He has more goals than Lautaro, whom has the advantage of playing more centrally. Do you mean that Lautaro finishing is a bigger joke and 90% chance of missing?

He has cut through Dumfries as easy as a hot knife over butter last time. Now even worse, as there is no Skriniar there to help him (if IM21 formation prediction is right).

That right hole is our Achilles leg (not heel, too big for a heel haha).
I don't base my judgment on stats only but what I see on the pitch. Lautaro is not a very sharp shooter either. When he gets a chance I give a 60-70% chance that he miss it. Stats could be misleading, as you could score through penalties or tap-ins. That doesn't automatically make you a great finisher.

Vinicious can cut through anyone as much as he likes. What he does next is what matters, and Vinicious' final product is not very bright.

I agree but I'm always shook when we don't have all 3 in defence + I kinda still trust Manchester United legend Darmian more than Dumfries in defence. I say it's gonna be a goalfest, probably 5, 6 goals this game.

Vicinius doesn't take penalties, and his position does not receive tap-ins regularly either. On the contrary for Lautaro.

That's super weird to say the 2nd best striker, at 21 years of age, at Real Madrid is overrated while we are begging for their bench-warmer (Jovic) to be our starter.

Vecinoious is still young tho, wouldn't call him overrated just yet.

Didn't mean that about Vinicious. Just my general opinion about stats.

Btw, overrated doesn't mean shit. I just don't rate him as highly as many who call him better than Neymar or one of the upcoming stars in football. Just my opinion from what I've seen of him.

I don't know what Jovic had to do with Vini here. Different players, different positions. And I don't see people begging for Jovic to be our starter. Just one of the options to add to our striking force.

I’m thinking it’ll be the CDS line-up, we played too well against Roma to change anything.

Quite excited for this now, nice to watch a game with very little pressure on the team.

Everyone scared of Vini, I would unleash Dumfires against him for sure. Dambro doesn't even have half of needed pace to keep with him.
Last match Skriniar had some tought time keeping Vini, if FB fails Skrini must be quick to react each time.

Rodrygo is also very dangerous on the right side, but having Perisic makes us more comfortable.

I really we think we should go for the jugular and try to win this one which could mean us having an easier draw and getting more prize money (and maybe why not even winning the whole thing if we're REALLY REALLY lucky).

Dumfries was the one handling Vici last time. That kid could run pass him backward lol.

The technical difference is so big that speed cannot compensate!

Also good for confidence, which we will definitely need in knockouts.

A win here would get the UCL monkey off our backs too, we get too intimidated by Real and Barca.

It would be so typical for Inter to finish 2nd and then draw Chelsea in the next round. Lukaku vs Inter. UEFA loves these matchups.

I am hoping for a win tonight, but odds are stacked against us. Real Madrid are in much better form than the last time we met them, and this time we play away. Inzaghi should make Inter play like we have nothing to lose, coz its true. The pressure is all on Real to win here. Its like a mock final for us. These two clubs have won 16 titles between them, for over a decade, this is the kind of night we all have been waiting for. Lets go there and have some fun tonight.
