This guy is fired up. I reckon he's gonna have a good season.

Sure. Maybe. But guess management didn't see the point of keeping a player who guarantees only 6 or so good games a season but needs round the clock baby sitting.

Ninja is a special player but he's also a year older, and going by his recent words, not wiser. Whilst Vecino and Gagz are nowhere near as good, they at least they behave professionally, not entitled. Conte was a similar player in his day (to Gagz and VEcino) hopefully he'll get the best out of them.

On the business side of things, I don't feel I'm in a position to tell a self-made billionaire and his son how to spend/make their money. Might be something going on behind the scenes to work around FFP

Nainggolan may be old with an unhealthy lifestyle, but when he is in form, he can bring on that intensity and then some.
Intensity? 9G could barely run. Look at his numbers for interceptions, succesfull tackles, dribbles, blocjs, aerials, etc well below average. At best we could keep him as a supersub for his directness when we need a goal.

Lmao, I guess the management saw the point of keeping Joao Mario, Vecino, Gagliardini, and Joao Mario.

Takes a real genius to see it.

It's supposed to be Marotta who has made these executive decisions to excommunicate Nainggolan and Icardi (with Zhang's blessing). Conte is supposedly just following the clubs decisions.

If Conte wanted them they would have been in his lineup.

Listen to Conte's presser yesterday. Pretty clear he's saying he's just the coach and will coach whatever players he's given.

Lol he's given 11 million a year, if he said he wanted Radja he would've had Radja.

38 million euros well spent. If only we signed him back in 2013, 2015, or 2017.

Radja was better than all of them despite operating at 25%. Let's hope Sensi and Barella bench them all.

I love all the quotes about Nainggolan wanting to prove Inter wrong and the fact that he still might end up back at Inter. It is ashame for him that it took a move to Sardinia for him to start taking his profession seriously.

Based on what we have seen with the clubs treatment of both Nainggolan and Icardi. It is pretty clear that no matter how he performs in Sardinia, he will never play for us again.

He should have taken the opportunity with both hands. Now, he can fuck off and is just another loaned player.

So what are the fouls he done to Inter after the punishment he got (not called up to the game against Napoli) ? That's something which happened over 7 months ago. I honestly do not even remember much Nainggolan stuff in 2019 since Icardi debacle took all the headlines.

Nice job by their media department or whoever did it: Cagliari is warming up for the centenary after all.

Goodbye to our “colpo di mercato” 2018 and mandatory best wishes for everything.

Well, the domino effect started with that muscle injury early in preseason and continued with that tackle by Biglia in the derby di Milano (such a bad timing in both cases).

The drop in motivation (he had no intention of leaving Rome) combined with his well-known lifestyle (and all the “consequences”, if we believe even half of the rumours about the first 6 months of Radja in Milan and the “suspicious duration” of his “recoveries”, on top of what became public about his attitude and unprofessional behaviour) did the rest.

Again, football for Nainggolan “comes after 3 or 4 other things”, as his guarantor Spalletti himself had to admit, and sadly for us the 2018/2019 season was the perfect storm (the lowest point being the misery of that Coppa Italia night at San Siro against Lazio).

Luckily enough he ended the season on a crescendo and there were some moments of brilliance when it mattered the most (one in particular - phew), despite the fact he kept looking slow and out of shape.

We don't know if his results in the fitness tests of Lugano were as bad as whispered by some journalists (we'd need our own mole inside the dressing room to pull a Lukaku and share the truth), but il Ninja's fate was sealed anyway - from “above”.

Let's see what happens in midfield.

The reason he was loaned and not sold is simple. There were no clubs interested for the amount of money we were willing to accept. I'm sure if we said 5mln and he's yours, we would have dozens of interested club. But then our management would be blazed by all the fans here and elsewhere how we got "screwed" and it should be at least 30mln. Since he is not what conte wants, it's better to loan him out and maybe next year we'll get higher offers than this year, than to leave him on the bench where his value would not move in the expected direction, quite the contrary.

It had nothing to do with what Conte wanted.

Yeah, same as Icardi. Management told to Conte that this guy is out.

Guys, how do you know Conte disagreed with our management about it?
