So if it works out, there would be 6 mids for 3 positions. Brozo, Asllani, Miki, Hakan, Barella, Frattesi. Wing backs are set. Dimarco/Gosens - Dumfries/ Bellanova. Defense are also set with Acerbi, Darmian, Bastoni/ D'Ambrosio, De Vrij. Need to replace Dzeko and Correa.. So it's not too bad to keep the team intact , add Frettesi for 25-30 mil and the rest we will see how it goes.

My understanding was 30 mil. Sure Acerbi 35, Miki is 34. 30 million is not that bad for Frattesi.

Like i said in another thread, We should focus on Fabbian, idk any other young kids in primavera, i think possibly Martins son is a Midfielder, getting frattesi is prob a good or great buy but we need to regulate our spending, maybe trying for younger ricci or even cheaper maggiore would be a better option

Kevin Zefi is wanted by Newcastle

This according to Irish news outlet the Irish Examiner, who report that the 18-year-old will likely depart from the Nerazzurri, and that the Premier League side are very much keen on a deal for his signature. Zefi made the switch to Inter from Irish team Shamrock Rovers during the summer of 2021.

The Nerazzurri had beat the competition of a number of teams to the young Irishman’s signature, including PSV. However, according to the Irish Examiner, the teenager’s time with the Nerazzurri is likely to be coming to an end.

Zefi has had some standout performances for Inter at youth team level. However, he has yet to really make his mark within their Primavera, or Under-19 team.

Accordingly, the Irish examiner report, he will likely be on his way in search of a new adventure. And Newcastle are keen to bring him in.
The Magpies have already completed a couple of signings of highly-rated Irish youth prospects. Namely, they have brought in defender Alex Murphy and goalkeeper Reece Byrne.

The Irish Examiner report that the Tyneside giants also want to take advantage of Zefi’s likely departure from Inter. They see the 18-year-old as a potential big prospect for their future plans.

The outlet notes that since Brexit rules came into effect that make it tougher for English teams to sign Irish under-18 players, Italian teams have made more of an effort to tap into that market.

However, in the case of Zefi, the player’s age means that a signing for Newcastle would be more straightforward now.

Thus, the Irish Examiner reports, he will in all likelihood make the switch to the Premier League team.
