I want a 4-3-3 coach with the likes of Sarri, Guardiola, or Klopp

Nope coward 2.0 only wants to defend, Lets just stay with spalletti and hopefully baldy will make us reach cl and then we fire him, oh boy that renewal before the season was a disaster.

That was at Sporting. When Monaco won the league, they just blew teams away playing very attacking football in league and CL.

Stick with Spalletti. Give him time and money next year, and see what he can do with a proper team. After that, let's pray that Simeone wins CL soon so he can come.

I will blow a fuse if we hire Conte. He is the complete opposite of what we need.

Conte wouldn't make any sense. Conte's teams don't play offensive football and that's what they play these days at the ultimate top level.

What? He makes more sense than anyone else! It's our tradition to have great defensive minded coaches. All our great successes came with defensive minded coaches.
So, it's more than evident that Conte is the perfect fit for us.

Spaletti tries to play some form of ball keeping football, we prefer to build from the back, and if we are at risk of losing the ball, we prefer to pass to the back (even if it's to Handanovic) and start again.

Conte is the polar opposite.

Basically we can call it offensive, because we try to have the ball and do something about it. We can also call it defensive, because it's quite a pessimistic approach in the manner that we avoid conceding goals.

Obviously execution is a different story, but it's philosophically different to Conte's approach. It obviously makes sense to find some continuity to build upon what we have already trained up to do, no matter how little that progress is, it is still some progress.

When there is discontinuity between coaches, then it's basically year zero all over again.

I don't think this conversation makes any sense at the moment. Is Spalletti doing bad enough to sack him? No, there was just one super important game we should have won but apart from that we still managed to get quite a few points, which is really not bad.

Would a new coach change anything about it? Of course no, thats impossible. Sure, theres Europa League but our League Position is really not bad enough to justify any moves. And there's a replacement matter.

Don't get me wrong. I never liked Spal in some ways but he is still a good coach and he is probably the only one that currently makes sense in our situation.

Of course it don't make any sense to change the coach now. It would be one of the most idiotic move I had ever seen. Even if Conte is available and Marotta intend to hire him, at this moment makes no sense.
