De Biasi can be good but sometimes he makes weird decisions, so I guess he'd fit right in.

Things are getting clearer but there's still time to throw a couple of random names in the mix.

Gianni De Biasi anyone? Possibly with a former interista like Big Paolo Tramezzani.

Inter give up on push for Conte, look to Rome instead for new coach

The new Inter takes shape, not in Milan but rather in Rome. In the capital, there was a meeting today between the new Suning Coordinator, Walter Sabatini, director of sport for the Nerazzurro Piero Ausilio and the son of the owner, Steven Zhang. It was a very long summit where several topics were discussed: first, the coach question that sees Luciano Spalletti advancing in Inter's strategies. The Roma coach is the most accessible candidate after the many other failed attempts of these months, especially the dwindling dream for Antonio Conte. And the confrontation for the Nerazzurri also saw the planning of the dialogue with Spalletti, already planned for next week next should he be ready to discuss his options.

NOT ONLY A TRAINER - There is not only the bench issue, although it is obviously at the top of Inter's needs list. There has also been talk about the market, between inbound transactions but mainly departures to be completed by the end of June due to Fair Play Financial, from Brozovic to Santon among the many exit options waiting for Suning's purchases. In Rome, the new Inter begins to build.

According to many sources Spalletti will be the next Inter coach and he could even be announced at the end of the week.

Welcome Luciano. It will be nice if you work more and talk to the press less :p

Spalletti's Tactical approach and management of the team:
Spalletti's approach is aimed at creating a spectacular and offensive game, albeit balanced, that does not give the opponents a point of reference and that it can reward the insertion of both the strikers and midfielders. Beloved with quality players who know how to associate with this speed and movement attribute, Spalletti has managed to immediately impress her with the Giallorosi team.
Historically tied to defense at four, he has never been mono thematic in the offensive proposition: from the invention of Totti's false nine in 2006 to the recent recent changes in the offensive giallorosi team, he has always tried to enhance the characteristics of offensive men at his disposal.
This year's Rome lives on the offensive qualities of its outbacks: Salah, Perotti and El Shaarawy are often the needle in the balance, as does Totti's ability to decide on the games by taking over from the bench.
Generally linked to an eleven basis, it is more geared to turnover for tactical alternatives or training needs rather than for targeted rotation choices and physical conditions.

EDICOLA CDS - Spalletti-Inter: there is agreement! Three-year deal with 4 million, with him Nainggolan?
According to Corriere dello Sport, the current coach in Rome will be the next Inter coach

By Andrea Della Sala, @ dellas8427 May 23, 2017, 0:38 10 Be first to comment!

On the first page of Corriere dello Sport there is little doubt about what will be the next coach of Inter: Luciano Spalletti. As announced in the sports daily, the blitz in Rome for the Giallorosman has given a positive result, and save last year's changes he will sit on Inter's bench. Unless you get an unlikely call from London by Conte. Spalletti had already given his ok to Inter's manager who offered him a three-year deal of 4 million per season. "Is Nainggolan coming with him too?"

Well ATLEAST with Spalletti we can go as far as calling him a coach with clear tactics, unlike some of the wierdos that we've had in the past few years. Don't expect any trophies besides Coppa Italia though.

I'm only going to be happy with Spaletti if he brings Nainggolan with him

Salah, Lamela, Iturbe, Gervinho ... he prefers fast wingers who are able to cut inside and we don't have any.

Interesting transfer period in front of us.

We do have one fast winger who can be told to cut inside in Perisic. The question is does he even want to be here.

When will Inter learn not to sign contracts longer than 2 years with coaches?

Perisic has never been comfortable playing on right wing.

We didn't win a Coppa Italia even during the second stint of Mr. Coppa Italia(Mancini). What makes you think we'll do it with the ultimate choker?
