Pochettino is an inferior coach to Spalletti. Making a name in the PL affects your view of some of these guys.
Sarri on the other hand is an ideologist. If you like that philosophy, he's your man. I personally don't want him here but I can get behind his style.
Gallardo is someone who knows winning. A refuse-to-lose guy is what suits Inter, a win-at-all-costs person on the other hand is toxic.
Gallardo is someone who has played both pragmatic and spectacular football, he has brought a bunch of kids up, has used probably over 100 players in the last 7 years and he probably feels he has accomplished everything at River, perhaps maybe lacking that Championship which was so close last season.
He's the kind of coach that will go to a team and you'll be like "I want him at my club". Might as well skip that step.
If he leaves now, he leaves a club that just advanced the next stage of Libertadores and maybe a sour taste, as this current generation does not seem as inspiring as the first two.
Systems used?
4-4-2
4-3-3
4-2-3-1
3-5-2
4-3-1-2
3-4-2-1
4-5-1
My guy even once used a 3-3-4 system in a knockout game of the Libertadores in the return game vs some Bolivian team as the first score was a big defeat of like 3-0. Weather is crazy up there and players have difficulty breathing, so Bolivian teams have a huge advantage there. They won 8-0 in Buenos Aires
And how can you not get behind the idea of someone who's nicknamed after Chucky the doll and Napoleon Bonaparte ?
