He looks very very good for someone who just got back from a serious knee injury. He got all the talent needed to be the next big thing, now we need to wait and see if he got the mentality to be 1 of the greatest.

Yeah actually the fact he’s coming off an acl tear and playing like this is the most impressive part for me. I’ve been waiting for the hype to fade or for defenses to figure him out but he keeps on performing.

I’m still not too upset we lost him. At the time he was an above average primavera player and perhaps a little old to still be in that league tbh. If I’m not mistaken he was already 19 when we sold him to Roma with no senior appearances. That’s typically a guy who gets a few serie a appearances and then either finds his way into a lower mid table team or serie B. Look at Bonazolli for example who was a much higher rated talent. Hindsight makes this deal look terrible but at the time it wasn’t.

come back baby

there is something wrong with our scout/coach if roma could see his talent miles away and specifically asked for him,
and our coach who see him in training everyday couldnt,
hell we didnt even think he's worth shit since we didnt even bother to include buy back clause, (or its just plain incompetence?)
and they think karamoh better than him:palm:

Actually our scouts were impressed with him, the youth coach stated (literally days before the transfer rumours started) that he is ready to play in Serie A and is a level above everyone else.
This is completely down to Spalletti demanding Radja and directors figuring that Zaniolo is the best way to give Spalletti what he wants.

To be fair every fans, not just the staffs, saw Karamoh having enormous talent. Finishing, dribbling, speed.. that guy has all. You can see every time he touches the ball.

Shame that his head couldn't keep up to that. Waste of his talent, Balotelli-esque :(

or they can just pay radja with cash
for sure they set some value for him,
they want 40 millions for radja, which mean zaniolo was valued at 10-15 millions (depending how you value santon)

taking the ball from own half, beating 5 men + the keeper in the process is something I would call lethal. What`s your definition? :pazzini:

I call this shit, and would prefer Nainggolan at his 40th birthday.

Zaniolo is a dickhead like Balotelli or Kean... If he will not improve his mentality, his career will be poor. we'll see.

probably the next time he returns he needs to go a good 3 years without issues to have any real chance. if he has another reoccurance he should genuinely consider retiring.

it was a different kene too apparently :/

Don't have one.
Mancini can't know shit without the scanner. Or maybe he consulted his friend mountain healer for this one.

Really fell sorry for the dude if its serious...

Even if it’s an ACL as long as it’s the opposite knee he’ll be fine in time. Ligaments tear once and rehabilitate stronger to prevent another tear. Two tears on one knee however basically end a career. The mental strain it takes to recover from two major injuries will be scary.

The biggest issue is he will be missing out on his prime development years. If he is going to become a top class player he needs consistent playing time in his late teens and early 20s
