His old man tried breaking my fingers once.Max Domi bitches :work:
he will be the GOAT hockey player :slick:
I agree with your thoughts on the trade from the NJ perspective. Just too difficult to trade Luongo. He is the better of the two but that contract is impossible to move. Going to be an interesting season. But I can see Torts riding him like he did Lungqvist in NYR.

what do you guys think of the new Realignment, no more 6 divisions, and the new playoff structure!?
Sweet. I remember the game we went to & you told me you were sure there would be a new jersey, I guess you were right. I like these better too.
I don't watch this, dont even know the rules, but i have to say this.
When i was a kid, like 4-5 years old, my father watched this. And when one of the players got that suspension or however it's called, put in that box, i was crying, felt sorry for those playersOften went under the table to cry.

Pajo, you need to watch the movie Slapshot. Denis Lemieux can teach you all you need to know about the finer points of hockey.I don't watch this, dont even know the rules, but i have to say this.

This is crazy because I had just mentioned to someone earlier today when I was that same age & I was watching the WC 1994 (I didn't know anything about football, but since it was in the US my family watched a little bit of it on TV). When Baggio famously missed that penalty, I cried like a baby, had no fucking clue who this guy was but I felt so bad for him
My mom told me later that I had said something like "his mommy & daddy will be mad" & I was worried they'd give him a time-out

As a youngster myself, I'm an avid fan of the Ontario Hockey League. Here's a little run through of the "kids" that once dominated that league who have since been drafted up to the NHL that you should look out for:
Yakupov for the Oilers had an awesome rookie year, but such is to be expected from the #1 draft pick in 2012!
Alex Galchenyuk was really awesome for the Habs last season. I remember in my Eastside Hockey Manager game (that had been patched and updated) I used to always have him in my OHL team until he got too old to play in the league! He'll be a star player by 2017 I reckon.
I'm really excited to see if Nathan MacKinnon, who was the first overall draft pick this year, gets much ice time with Colorado. I've only seen a few videos of him on Youtube and he seems pretty decent, but then again, everyone looks pretty good when you're watching their highlight reel... But he's reported to be the next Sydney Crosby, though I think part of that is because he's from Nova Scotia.
I'm expecting a decent season from Ryan Strome. He was a top player in the OHL with Niagra for like three years, but I didn't catch much of him last season with the Islanders' AHL affiliate (simply because I couldn't give a shit about the AHL). I absolutely love how skillful he is. The up and coming Cristiano Ronaldo of ice hockey.
There's also a few pretty decent keepers coming up. One in particular for the Belleville Bulls in the Ontario Hockey League called Malcom Subban could turn out to be a big name in the future. The Mississauga Steeleheads keeper Spencer Martin looks like he'll also have a bright future ahead of him.
