I really dont think we ll lose him! One reason is suning they are not gonna sell hi unless he pushes for an exit and i dont see him doing that.

Just look at Wanda almost crying when we lost (drew) and look at his (maxis) son who is absolutely devastated after the final whistle. Imho him and his family are pretty dedicated to inter which is why i dont see him pushing his way out as long as we pay him a salary of a top player.

I would agree with you. To be able to compete for scudetto or last four in CL we need a herculean effort.
In this moment we have 3 players who are more or less world-class: Skrniar, Brozo, Icardi.
Politano, SDV and Vrsalijko (depending on his health) must be kept. Not world-class but good rotational players. Lautaro and Karamoh worth keeping if they are played.
The other are expendable. Asamoah, N9 are already 30y and going more or less slowly to decline. Perisic seems to go down pretty steep. The other are not good enough.

So we need at least 5 players to be able to compete. If we don't find free agents or rough diamonds it will cost a lot.
A possibility is to sell Icardi north of 100m and reinvest in the squad. Sabatini wanted that, if we believe the rumours.
