Well Gabbiadini was better a few years ago.
Ah Gabbiandini, a name I havent heard of for a long time, one of those players who had one decent season and FIF's scholars thought they were better than Icardi. Ultimately failed to sustain his level of performance just like Destro, Belotti, Morata, Bacca, Higuain.... and even Dybala.
Not sure I understand Dybala being included in that either, he's been one of the most consistent players in Serie A the last four seasons, he's made a slow start this season but I'd argue the always pass to Ronaldo tactic might also affect him there.
Belotti is waaaay overrated in all honesty. Just another Zaza.

Higuain is proven top level striker though. I won't put him in the class of gabbiadini, destro and belotti type players.
Belotti was bossing the league until he got a serious injury which let him out for some time, and once he came back he picked up another injury therefore it would be harsh to judge him right after him coming back and trying to get himself into the top form. He was a monster while he was having a good form though, always hungry to score, a serious threat to any opponent and was physically a beast.
He's certainly a few levels above Zaza me thinks. Such a shame that injuries had to cut his continuity otherwise we would see him in any top club of Europe by now.
I agree in your point regarding Higuain though. People tend to trash talk on him and call him useless and everything but dude was crucial for both Napoli and Juve as well, big time. Not sure if I can say that he was an important player for Real Madrid, but definitely he was useful player for them as well. Its criminal putting him in the same sentence with Destros, Gabbiadinis and other Italian rubbish forwarders.
Think you are being harsh on Belotti.
Form is temporary but class is permanent
Is not like any other top striker didnt get serious injury or anything, but they find their form as quickly as they get. Problem with Bellotti is people hyping him like so fast and how italian club can be so much greedy, they should sell him as high as when they can. But then even if he really moving out from Torino to some bigger club he probably would just end up like Immobile, crumble on his first time moving to big club because he still not matured yet. Now the current Immobile is better player than the one from Torino or Dortmund. I bet Immobile will get better chances this time if try to moving outside italy again. Same goes with Bellotti, idk how long he gonna find his form back but at that time he probably already become more mature player and ready for big club.
