I read on Footballa Italia that Inter want to renew Icardi's conract but keep the 110 million release clause!

So we want to give him more money but ask the same release clause?! Why don't we increase his release clause?

Yeah Di Maria is unplayable atm and yeah can't believe Icardi hasn't scored yet. But at least they're looking for him this week

I wouldn't call him a terrible manager. Not at all. What I would say though is, this is a dream job for him. He's built his whole career to be able to coach Argentina and has now gotten it. Wouldn't be surprised if he's just starting to overthink it.

He's a terrible manager for Argentina though. You can't struggle to qualify while being able to choose some of the greatest footballers alive. Most people can't name any player from Peru and yet they have the exact same points. It's baffling how boring and ineffective Argentina is with so many stars in the side. They should breeze through qualifications like Brazil did.

it's not easy, maybe it's even impossible to say for certain, but it looks to me that icardi didn't touch the ball. even his behaviour seems to suggest that. he kind of contained himself in celebrating, as if saying: "it wasn't me".

He was the typical Icardi. Didn't get much involved bcs fucken Messi and Dybala refused to feed him the ball.

From the camera angle behind the net (3:30) it's quite clear that he collected the cross but failed to direct the ball into the net. Lucky for Argentina, the defender provided the necessary deflection.
There was a penalty too.
