Scoring after missing blunders isn't going to change my opinion. The only thing he's supposed to be good at is finishing, and if he can't do that then he shouldn't be forgiven. This was just Torino. Bigger teams will punish you for every mistake you make.

yeah, he would also have a 1/10 rating if he didnt have 60 goals in 120 games for inter.
i understand that the situation with icardi is really hard and my feelings are divided on him, but man give him some credit for a match winning performance. yes, he had some blunders, but the fact that he won us the game remains.

furthermore even handa couldve had a match deciding amateurish blunder by throwing the ball on icardis head, but does that make you say that he is not a player of quality?

it is a fact that icardi won us matches on his own multiple times this season as well as last season and the season before.
is he the player with the biggest/most qualities? this is debatable. is he our most valuable player? without any shade of doubt imo.

I'm looking at the bigger picture. He's not moving correctly for crosses/passes and always beaten and hassled by the defenders. That's why you think it's 'only' missed one chance.

Candreva and Ansaldi have been delivering countless crosses towards him but he mostly gets easily beaten by the defenders. He's basically useless until a defender makes a really stupid mistake or leaves him unmarked.

Dude i really respect your footballing opinion but i just have to disagree on icardi. Yes he loses a couple of duels against defenders but so does every fucking striker in the world he still ends up scoring in most of the games. And i would understand the critics if he was the same lazy fuck he was last year but he s not he s running a lot and he s getting into spaces not always successful but he does it. Also his passing and general team play has improoved a lot so i simply dont understand the harsh critique. I think most of the critique comes from the fact that most people today dont like the kind of player he is (poacher) but he s one of the best at what he does IMHO.
Anyways i guess wil have to agree to disagree on Icardi since our views are just to far apart and i ll never be able to convince you that he s a great player who s actually useful to this team and you ll never be able to convince me that he s a piece of shit or that we would be better of with jojo as a starter.

Yes he loses a couple of duels against defenders but so does every fucking striker in the world he still ends up scoring in most of the games. And i would understand the critics if he was the same lazy fuck he was last year but he s not he s running a lot and he s getting into spaces not always successful but he does it. Also his passing and general team play has improoved a lot so i simply dont understand the harsh critique. I agree with M adnan why is Icardi treated better why? its not fair . Deboer never subs him no matter what yet other players are made an example of, what message does that even send. Plus he was bad first half atleast . It has nothing to do with the miss , he's only human it happens.
