We had Coutinho, we thought he will be Inter's superstar in a few years. Coutinho was probably 2 years away from really helping us. Kovavic is 18 so he needs a lot more time. But as he is half austrian i will love him :D

Thats a bit harsh even for your standard Browha to call CoutinWHO? I guess we will see if inter management does the same error and selling the young players before they are matured to make a different in our beloved inter

Lol, I didn' even noticed that! Yeah, believe it or not, this is his only official facebook page.. Look, my last name is Kovacevic, his is Kovacic, and we have the same nickname which is Kova.. He is number 8 in Dinamo.. You can trust it or not, but it's official.. It has 20,000 followers.. And there are also pics posted by him that you can't find anywhere else..

Can't compare players like that. He could be WC from day 1, also he can suck dicks in few years.

It's good, he has been starter for Dinamo Zagreb and has 12 games in CL under his belt already.

A great talent for Inter’s present and future. Inter have closed negotiations for Mateo Kovacic who comes from Dinamo Zagreb as a result of the decisive blitz today in Croatia by agent Bozzo, an emissary of Inter. This is the figure: 11 million plus bonuses and the transfer is official. Kovacic is a midfielder with great quality. He was born as a trequartista with velvet feet and vision. With time he matures ad becomes more of a complete midfielder with characteristics of a midfield director. Certainly he can improve much more and the sky is the limit for him.

Kovacic is Croatian but he was born in Austria. Started playing for his hometown in Lask Linz when he was only six years old. At 13, he moved to Croatia, to Dinamo Zagreb and despite his young age of 18 years old, he has played 12 matches in the Champions League. For two years, he was the starter in the first team and scored five goals in the league, the first came from his debut when he was only at 16 years and 6 months old. Signals of a true talent which many consider to be the next Modric. Kovacic was wanted by big European clubs, two in Manchester and Real Madrid. Last year, Arsenal offered 8 million to try taking him away from Dinamo.

He is only 18 years old but already played on the big stage at the Santiago Bernabeu. Young, experience, talented, all signs of a baby champion. This is Mateo Kovacic, the new Inter signing.

I said this for a year now, we should be looking to sign him. For that price, it's a big risk. But it has potential for big reward. Hopefully we don't decide to sell him when he turns 20 like a bunch of retards...oh wait...

Interesting. So we send some guy who doesn't even work for us (I assume this is Giuseppe Bozzo, Cassano's agent?) to Croatia and 20 minutes later, done deal :notbad:
