So depends where you live....

I lived in Boston and NYC. You walk 3-6 miles at least a day. You do shit outside in all the parks.

Now I live in connecticut it’s basically half way between the two. Any way now it’s wake up shower go in your car drive an hour then work 8-10 hours then another hour drive back home.

Not so much the food being awful for you because I am fking Colombian and italian. It’s either steak with bread, some type of pasta with bread, or some type of meat and corn deep fried. Tho Colombians and Italians when I go visit family are not fat because they walk theyb aren’t trapped in their cars or office cubicles for 80% if the time they aren’t sleeping.

Even worse now my wife is pregnant so I don’t sleep when she wakes up at random hours or tells me to go guy her the most random shit she is craving at 4am

I need to chill after my education before I even think of making a baby. Damn

sooo wasted yesterday,like 8 STAROPRAMENs and some UNIONs beers found a way in to my stomach, in front of my house there is a fire station,yeah,they throw a party every year in a tent,annual fireman's ball or smth of the sort...Slovenian as you can get...I was sleeping on a tow truck owned by my brother in law...for hours...wiiiii some epic shit went down probably...Apparently I was laughing like a maniac at some kids fighting...it was funny af...adorable...cock fight...buhahaha

The problem is, when I go to sleep earlier I don’t get that full eight or nine hours; I usually wake up at 5 or 6 AM so I’m still getting the same amount of sleep I would if I was closing my eyes at 1 or 2 AM.I am aware that sleeping regimens need time to kick in with the cycle, but it’s been months now and I have no reprieve. interesting first post for real.welcome to my world of insomnia.I sleep 3 or 4 hours in 24 hour period...from 5 in the morning to maybe 10 AM when I don't work(not stable every day job).If I'm lucky,I usually wake up at 8 because I have work at 8.30 sometimes at 9 so i get extra half hour yaayblivious:...so 3 hours of sleep...from 00.00 to 5.00 I don't even bother sleeping anymore.I feel tired yeah but sleep is impossible,but yeah I have a brain tumor causing this shit...the body doesn't allow more than 5 hours anymore for some fucked up reason
I went to the doctors...and still need to do tests but...I kind of know the reason why...as I've said. There is little that can be done anyway...It's the medication I take to kill the tumor with this side effects.

I'd go see a fucking doctor by now Mariuseph. It could be fucking serious shit...like in my case
