To the fans, Il Capitano will always be the epitome of a loyal Nerazzurro; however, Matrix has been at the forefront of a whole load of good this season. Oh and, not forgetting his awesome rule infractions, too.

Matrix has passion, determination, goals. What more could you desire?

when he still had his hairs, i didn't care for him much, looked sort of nesty, cuz his performance wasn't too brilliant back then either, but after he shaved, he was like transformed into the real him or something, and is playing like one of the best, and i really like his passion, must have something to do with his bald again. haha

It's so sad to see a player that everyone would love when he'd play for them to be so hated around the peninsula and world too. But I guess that even deepens Interisti feelings about him. That is one part of the thing what has made Materazzi into a playing legend already. Every player who actually spends some time together with him seems to immediately like the dude.

In case we'll win the Scudetto he'll definately go down alongside guys like Bergomi etc. He is there with Italy already, but now he is even better with Inter than he was in WC.

I agree with you about Puyol and Lucio but Rio is ****in klown, Andrade is average defender at the moment, Nesta is average last two years and Carvalho is good but not one of the best.

I dont rate chivu much, but mexes yes. Another defender i like now is Naldo, but hes very brazilian, so u never know.

Chivu is great, so as Mexes... And Chivu is good at attacking, and can also play as LB. I rate him as one of the best 10 defenders in the world...
