Loool, not even close. You know who was most expencive player from ex Yugoslavia before Dzeko signed for City? Not Suker, not Boksic, not Boban, Savicevic, Mijatovic, Mihajlovic, Vidic or Modric.

Most expencive player was ELVIR BALJIC or white Rivaldo. 26 000 000,00 euros Real Madrid paid in 1999.

Result: 11 games, 1 goal, two loans and he become a singer (his dream).

Yeah, I was just mentioning player will full of flair, tricks who couldn't apply it at the highest level. Never saw Baljic, but considering Madrid paid 26Million in 1999, have to say he is the biggest flop.

Reports are saying his family and agent are going to london, so rumors are he might be close to signing with an EPL side.

This is incredibly idiotic stretching. He is playing in the Olympics! I think they go to watch Lucas play, not push a transfer to Europe!

Tho I don't expect us to buy him anyway.

Yes, those are our youth, now developing them and finding space for them in our senior team is totally different matter.
Don't blame the youth development sector then...they're doing a fine job. Just look at Mattia Destro, Leonardo Bonucci (pre match fixing), Marco Andreolli, Goran Pandev, ANDREA PIRLO...we developed them all, then sent them packing for a small cost just before they came good.

So, blame the fucking idiots who sell our great youths just before they turn out great. Nothing wrong with our coaching!

Of course coaching plays a factor in it. You mention Pirlo (which our youth sector had zero to do with, same with Pandev), who's the perfect example of this. Brescia developed him as a deep lying playmaker, then we tried using him as a trequartista where he failed to make an impact, and it was when Ancelotti put him back where he belonged that he thrived. That was far more Simoni's/Lucescu's fault than Moratti's.
