One thing he does have is an eye for goal.

He's far from being class, but of course scoring means something even if it's Libya's third division. And rocky is right, Luc has goal instinct and he needs to play a lot in order to develope into a great player.

Anyone with half a brain should be able to see that Luc is an amazing talent for centre forward, probably better than Destro or Longo as well. I think our people understood it too. Hence why they wanted to loan him out, but sadly they didnt try too hard to convince Luc to change his mind and Twente I guess was willing to pay back pretty much all we paid. I think we would preferred to send him on loan to getting that 8 or so million.

As I said in some other days, lot of us, including me and it seems Inter coaches, made mistake in thinking that hes able to play out wide and could be something similar to Cristiano Ronaldo.

Unfortunate circumstances.

So much wrong in this comment. Who can help point out the two things he got wrong?

Don't see anything wrong really - the initial thought and goal was to loan him to a Serie A side, which Luc decline and insisted on moving on loan to Holland playing for Feyenoord, or obviously staying in Inter.

After that, we decided to cash in and sell him.

If he would agree to move on loan in the Serie A, he would still be an Inter player.

Nah I'm looking more at the technicalities.

I find that comment assuming a lot. Who is to say we didn't try hard? We don't know what happened behind the scenes. We know two things, Castaignos made it clear that the options were there for him but he decided not to take it up. Second, we can also use the known fact that he is egotistic. Why would he accept Serie B? He is the best...so he turned it down.

'Twente I guess was willing to pay back pretty much all we paid. I think we would preferred to send him on loan to getting that 8 or so million.'

Wrong again. We sold him for almost double what we bought him for.

Well I prefer shit.com putting him in the worst team of the year and not the all-star Eredivisie team. For Branca's sake. :D

Come on, you are overrating with that "fuck branca". He didn't want to go on loan, we sold him, we got decent deal. He can be good poacher, but nothing we should whine about.

He didn't want to go on loan to Italian team. He can be big one.

I really doubt he will be big one, but nevertheless. And no, he didn't want to go to any team EXCEPT Holland ones. He was offered many Serie A clubs and Spanish clubs. He didn't want to go, he was sold, move on.

Wrote you guys the story my friend that used to work for fcinternews told me.
