Pimenta handled the whole deal and the father started to claim afterwards that she didn't have authority to handle the player-club deal ie. the father wanted as if he (or his company or whatever) handles that deal so that he can get the commissions, not the real agent.

That's quite bullshit way to handle business and agencies like Pimenta's (former Raiola associate) most probably don't do business like that. They organize and handle the deals, they take their cuts. Player can then get something but in this case, we are talking about so no-name player and small move that the player side isn't getting any cut apart from the salary.

Disclaimer: this is purely my perception and prediction how the things evolved, based on the media reports.

Agents get a percentage of the player salary and transfer fee. That is their cut so they obviously will always look for the best deal possible. Some players that reached huge stardom like Neymar and Mbappe delegated their parents in the agents role so they can keep all those fees in the family and more and more young talented players are doing the same.
Clubs are negotiating B2B ( business to business ) so that the legal aspect goes smootly. If you are Mbappe tho you can afford to send your mom with her MbappesMom Inc to negociate. If you are Samardzic not so much.
Agents handle the legal aspects and always act in the players best interest because that is their best interest as well. It is all down to $$$.

What do you mean she didnt even have the authority to close the deal ? It was Samardzic that was supposed to close the deal, his signature is the final step. An agent just makes things possible.
I am really not understanding your logic at all.
Who was instructing Pimenta? Who retained her agency’s services. Was she even having direct contact with player? If yes, then only Lazar could terminate her services or give instructions or even get a copy of the contract.

It appears like the client was the father’s agency.

Again if the father’s agency was the client then she obviously ignored his demands because she thought he wouldn’t have the resolve to do this.

I don't believe Pimenta has gone rogue and negotiated on behalf of the player without any authorization. If so, that's a bit stranger or some misunderstanding somewhere. At this point I'm believing any misunderstanding is on the father side, not Pimenta.

Samardzic junior was the client, he himself switched from Pimenta to his dad agency right before signing the contract. His dad created a new agency just to take this deal from Pimenta then realized he needs to go through some legal stuff to be able to operate in Italy so he got a 3rd agent, some turkish guy from Berlin to negotiate since he created that agency for fuck all.

If that’s the case then Lazar is at fault and he will foot the bill. If the father was the client, then I would argue Pimenta is at fault.
