Hope he realizes what a massive mistakes hes made. If he hit his potential he would have been sold on for significant plusvalenza probably to the premiership with a fat pay check behind it too, after a season or two of proving himself in the CL.

Pathetic lack of vision and ambition.

WTF is wrong with this guy? He is fucking over the move because his greedy cunt of a dad is a greedy fuck. It's sad to watch this player slip out of Inter's hands because his dad was too stupid to make a written agreement with Pimenta. If he had a backbone he would still sign with us and solve their issues with Pimenta in private. Fuck this guy and his dad

There’s no guarantee he will have a great career, but he’s a promising talent with a lot of the characteristics we needed.

if anything Lazar should be lucky to not join this poor team, nearly bankrupted, without yearly investment, and pathetic sport project. Lazar can go to England ASAP, has a chance to get better career, better contract, better project with West Ham, and he can get potentially as West Ham ace man with his quality teammates around him.

The guy is kinda problematic.

When he was at Herta Berlin at 18 he threatened to strike if they didn't sell him to Leipzig.

He changed national team: after 5 years with the German national youth team he suddenly decided to play for the Serbian national team.

Let's say that the boy is not a quiet type and with this move he has shown that he is not getting better as he grows up.

West Ham a good project lol, they are a feeder club with little chance of even making it into Europe… their only selling point is playing in EPL, otherwise they have nothing to offer.

Yes Samardzic have in his past shown lack of good judgement and questionable decision making… But his dad probably ain’t helping. I think we might just have dodged a bullet…

Also Udinese are pissed to say the least, if reports are to be trusted… because they now risk getting stuck with him and this might also impact potential price negatively.

He won't go far with his character; just think about Icardi, Cassano, Baloteli etc. Like if you are a problem maker, you are also making problems for yourself.
Inter can be a very good next step for this guy, whether he uses us as a stepping stone or a career built it is all beneficial for him; like he won't make it at Jube nor will other big club sign him, so it is mid-table EPL and tbh don't think that will help his development, especially it is West Ham, playing Moyes' tactics? Whatever dude.

That’s not the whole story…

We had Coutinho, couldn’t really make him work so sold him off to get the amazing talent of Kovacic, when we realised we blown it on a one trick pony we replaced him with another amazing talent in Kondogbia fundamentally downgrading for the second time, this time the club ended up with something less then one trick pony, but he did make the best own goal in recorded history.

Eriksen has never been a Sneijder type entirely, but at Inter he was also not used in his usual position either.
I'm not agree with many things here. Coutinho was 18 or 19 when he was at Inter, and the only coach who tried to give him a chance was Benitez. But, after he left it was crazy mess and we just weren't patient enough with him. Kovacic was nice player at some moments. I recall he had one game with like 3 assists. It was shortly before we sold him to Real. Actually him and Icardi were the only bright light during those dark ages. Kondogbia was trash transfer. Mancini favorite, tall and strong player with good dribbling and 2 brain sells.

I understand the frustration, the deal is dragging way too much. I’m just thinking about the poor guy Fabbian who went to Udine only to come back again… just because of someone’s father.

Both players where essentially at similar age when they arrived at the club.

The main difference was Kovacic was actually given the trust Coutinho never received.

Had Inter actually been patient they would have earned a much higher fee… It was a stupid decision.

There wasn't any foundation for Kova and Cou to prosper here.

Playing alongside Kharjas and Mudingayi won't do shit, not to mention changing coaches every 6 months.

Those transfers hurt like a motherfucker back in the day, but we did the right thing.

A players development curve is influenced by so many factors that it is near impossible to predict the outcome. Both Kovacic and Coutinho were huge talents and up to a certain degree they lived up to expectations.
Santon looked like a predestinato and ended up with a fairly average career.

Santon was like all other players going through Inter youth ranks, never reaching other then the level of mediocracy. Our succesrate is less then 1%. One player made it, Dimarco , that’s fundamentally it in like 15 years.

He wasn’t even the biggest talent far from it in those 15 years.

This is so over. If there was a solution, he would have signed already. I mean, the news has been around since Saturday and nothing has happened. Inter gave him 48 hours to get his shit sorted out. No news about the situation all day except that Napoli wants to hijack the deal. Inter doesn't want to ruin relationship with Pimenta and his father needs money urgently. The numbers of the deal were too good to be true from the start

To be fair Kovacic played alongside the best midfielders in the world in Real Madrid and in Chelsea and he did almost shit too, or at best he will never be remembered.

I'd say Kovacic played the best football at Inter, he was a maestro playmaker who cut through the midfield with ease. Ever since he left us, all we could say about him would be he's press resistance and that's it.
