Bologna has more points then Lazio and like last year continues to be a good team. This are the teams i would like to see in conference league. I know in italy we say "the 7 sisters" so normally the seventh placed should be still someone "big" in a regular season (well last year it was Fiorentina, but i still consider them as a big team historically) But IMO conference league should be a competition for mid table teams because EL is already made for semi top teams and CL for top teams. At this point the conference league is just another europa league.

Lewis ferguson scoring again for bologna. Hopefully a move to a top serie a side or Germany unlike hickey who bailed and went to Brentford (though he has done well). Can't see him coming to us but he's been linked to napoli which makes a lot of sense.

I think that’s their strategy, scouting British and selling them back to make profit.

Fiore Juve could get postponed due to heavy rain in Toscana. I don't like the idea to postpone this game, Fiorentina is in a good moment, the time they will make this game they could be out of form + they will play mid week then and this could influence one of the two teams because usually some teams are used to perform bad when having too much games to play, specially Fiorentina with conference league. Having Juve behind us with 3-6 points advantage and one game more to play does also not help us much, remember covid times or when we lost the postponed game against Bologna that was basically worth the scudetto at the end.

maybe in this moment, but its not necessary a bad form because of 2 games, till some week ago they had a good form. My worry is that they will get back to their standards till the game will be played.

Motta is making tremendous strides as a manager. It’s too bad he hasn’t given our boy Fabbian more time but he’s doing great work with what he has. It won’t be long before he lands a bigger gig.

Honestly, I prefer them like this and what they v become under pioli in these last few years, than to potentially see them under new manager bounce and playing one game a week.

Leao is wasting his years in Milan. He shouldn't have extended his contract with Milan. I dunno if there was interest from Real Madrid, but I think he would have been massive for them. He's a far better goalscorer than Vinicius and also physically superior. He's got his flaws, but he has done incredible things to carry Milan's team forward almost single-handedly.

Can't blame him for not performing to his standards sometimes. He's surrounded by a bunch of pseudo footballers
