If they really want to honor Berlusconi's memory they'll make it Under 18
Yeah, and the trophy should be in the shape of a bowl. So it can affectionately called the "Bunga Bunga bowl".

So Lega Serie A demands for tv rights were 1.1b and the best offer they have received is around 600m. Fun times ahead.

They're gonna have a worse tv deal than Ligue 1. :palm:
This really is game over at this point. Champions league final was an epic send off. League is dead

Tonali Newcastle done deal

Good news for us but Serie A is finished haha. Barella could be next. Premier League clubs operating in their own world

Tonali is nowhere near a 70mil player, they should be celebrating
But the loss of a Milanista, young guy, etc. Like, there is a "price" for Barella, but I'd still be really pissed off if he left without it being a "planned" sale by the club with good reasons etc

Yes, but he was very important for them as a mentality. He is a true Milanista, and this should have some impact in their locker room.

Di Marzio said ball is on Tonali’s court, if he agrees I think either firing Maldini or American pushing him out is the reason, or both.

Milan were a mental trainwreck lately. So even in this regards, Tonali doesnt help much.

Maldini wanted to make investments into the squad whereas Cardinale seemingly wants to turn Milan into a feeder club. Buy low, sell high. I wouldn’t be surprised if Maignan, Leao and Theo are that far behind. Imagine a grand old club like Milan being a selling club to the likes of Newcastle United. Football is fucked.

Yup! Italy needs to sort their shit out really. Esp if those rumoured TV rights stuff is actually true - a complete disaster.

The only balancing factor for Italy is that only really ~6 clubs will have CL quality players (IMHO) in the premiership - you're not gonna sign for a club who is guaranteed to not be in the CL when you could be in the CL in Italy, for example. If Chelsea are out of the CL again this coming year, then I wouldnt be surprised to see a bit of an exodus of people who want to be playing in the CL ( though obviously some of their new signings will have so high book value, esp on 8+ year contracts)

and then everyone turns round and blames Zhang/Suning for our financial state
So Suning isn't responsible for the lack of stadium progress, our 0M sponsor, and the reckless spending they greenlit for their first 3 years? Of course Suning is to blame for our financial state.
