Not really. We had only league to worry about and see how that turned out. Milan are no better and unless they strengthen their defense and get new keeper i can guarantee they will have another horrible season like this one. Plus, we'll play better than this year too.

Not really. Our position is indicative of how badly we've done this season. Whereas Roma have shown the real type of position that is possible when playing a more sparse schedule. Liverpool in England too.

What's the context if this post from a few pages back?
That's from the Coppa Italia final when a Napoli fan threw a flare near a firefighter.

Also, I can't watch any of the Serie A matches because it's the final day of the Premier League but I would like to thank Parma.

That's it gentlemen! Congratulations!

We are going to play in EL.

I can't believe there is a chance Torino plays in EL ahead of Milan and Lazio. I really hope Milan qualifies, although it would be really funny if they didn't. We need strong teams in both CL and EL to try and get back some of those coefficient points. We don't want any retarded teams like Udinese, Torino or Lazio qualifying.

Milan is not going anywhere. There's no way Parma is going to loose at home to Livorno. Fiorentina got nothing to play for, but Torino is shit and I'd be surprised if they get one point. Parma is going to end up 6th.

Good results today:
Torino - Parma 1-1
Atalanta - Milan 2-1

We are definitely 5. position at the end, good for our american tour

Livorno/Catanio/Bologna to Serie B. Sorry for Bologna.

Although it was always highly likely, I think it's a damn shame that Livorno were relegated. Obviously they had a fair few of our youngsters on loan and honestly, it was a perfect environment for these players to develop - top-flight football, lower pressure, less media attention and weaker competition than at the big teams. Not to mention, several Inter kids all together.

Most of our youngsters were first team regulars and I'm certain they, and the club itself, would have been happy to extend their loan for another season had the club remained in Serie A. Now with Livorno relegated, it's a whole different story. It's so rare to find a scenario like that where everything is set perfectly in place.

Such a shame for Bologna. Interesting city, team, history...all irrelevant though. I don't know what there position was in January but in general teams like that shouldn't sell there best player mid season. Now they can enjoy their money in Serie B.

Agreed. And Livorno weren't an terrible side in every aspect. Their defenders are just very below par. Their midfield and attack is good enough for the top flight.

The ideal, though unlikely, scenario would be to simply replicate the circumstances at Livorno at another team - simply shift that group of our youngsters at Livorno, (Bardi, Benassi, & co.) and to a different team

Palermo seems unlikely and Empoli are a 'juve team'.. So get to work Ausilio and find these kids a team.
