I can read and understand, I can listen to people and understand a lot of it, I watch Al Jazeera Sport and I can understand most of the commentary. But I'm a slow learner when it comes to speaking. I dont even speak my native language at home, my parents do but I reply in Hindi or mostly English. I always thought I will start speaking fluently when I was 15-16 but it never happened.

Actually you have to blame the Arabs too, a lot of them speak better Hindi and English than me. And Dubai these days is more cosmopolitan than a London, New York... so you can get around with English.
