I just can't explain the second half. What was said at half time? What were the instructions? As it lookes like we came out thinking the game was over, urgency was gone, all cohesion was gone, we were all over the place. After one of the most enjoyable opening 45 minutes I've watched recently we backed it up with that 45. Criminal stuff. We're two games in and we are already in big trouble.

I mean yea we looked worse second half but I don’t think it was as pathetic as people make it out to be. It really looked like we were tired after that high energy first half. Both goals showed horrible defensive efforts but reality is Handa had a huge blunder the first goal, and the second was also another mistake from Handa. I recognize our defense was off, but again I blame Handa for the goals. He should’ve done better.

More dissapointment. Instead of starting strong, we fuck up 2/2 - fuck up Bologna next and serious questions need to be asked to the dude who renewed his contract. Good first half but Mazzarri is not a newb. He saw that sitting back backfired on him and fixed their approach starting high pressure at the very firstsecond of second half, while Spalletti pretty much did nothing to prevent it. Asamoah getting injured didn't help, but wtf are you doing with Vecino still on the pitch? Lautaro in on the 90th... How do you even explain these things?

Now I am thinking that Politano can be a lone AMC and be our Rafinha (not AMCR alongside Perisic behind Icardi) and be supported with Naingolan and Brozovic in the midfield so that he can make those forward runs like Rafinha did last season. He has dribbling and that quick dash and burst of sppeed enabling him to move past opponents. That's the only acceptable midfield line-up I can currently imagine. Gagliardini can also step up. Big no to Vecino now.

It's true that we search too much to play on the wing sometimes but i also saw good movements between midfield and forward in the first half. I even liked how Icardi played. He was not only waiting for the pass like always, i hope he continue to play this way. Politano was also amazing in some situations.
The second half every player lost their head and at the end exhausted too. While Torino made a really good second half.

This team has a lot of players that can change our game. I was sure that we would win at the end by some masterclass from someone.. the great shot from Perisic, the assist for Icardi from Lautaro, the chance from Icardi.. our forward is really dangerous this season, it will get hard for everyone.
We have great players. But im sure that nobody is at the 100%, we are still in the preparation. Even someone like Icardi who played good still can make more, specialy in the last chances. Give this team some games and you will see. Inter is MINIMUM Top 4

There is no question that Kojaks coaching decisions are lacking and I have no problem taking Vecino off and only using him off the bench.
I just don’t believe a player who can start for a country like Uruguay which actually has better MF options since the days of Recoba. Yes my favorite underachieving Inter player. Well how blind is Tabarez for starting him then ?

Ditto. When 2nd half started I double-checked the substitutions cause I thought that somebody was substituted as the game plan and flow completely changed with massive gaps between players. Even before Asamoah injury our three lines were completely isolated from each other,was really weird, as if players somehow became completely tactically inept.

Yeah i think it was not casual that we started to have problems after Asamoah leaved the field. So our midfield could be at last decent with him which is not drammatic because we still have a good defense.

Quick recap: Torino started pressing us and our midfield collapsed under the pressure.
Handanovic fucked up big time for the first goal.
Asamoah and Vrsaljko got injured and were subbed off for Dalbert and Keita
Dalbert's performance would've seen him sacked from a Serie D side.
Lautaro on for Politano in the 91st minute cause why not I guess
Vecino with another 90 minutes.
