10 years of FIFSurely its not worth risking Cambiasso as a starter in this one.
The guy not just has been back from a bad injury so its obviously a risk is it could re occur and also he will not be in form! It will take the guy a while before he returns to the Cambiasso we knew.
Anyway this game is huge, we need to win it at all costs.

Yea it's a huge game for us. If we win; qualification will be sealed for good and then we can concentrate on the league for a while.
I expect an aggressive start from Sporting as I think they'll will look for an early goal to put us under pressure for the rest of the game. I also think they know that in order to get something out of this game they will need to score at least once. Overall I expect them to play for a draw and hope to stay alive till the final day of the group stages.
Therefore, we should be careful in defence and we also must try to score early to prevent them from taking any initiative.

First, we have to revenge for the first game defeat.
Second, if we lose, we have to win in Munich, and Sporting must lose to Spartak. And it would be quite hard to win in Munich. So...

anyway of countering their high pressure technique? surely Mancini has a plan ready.
Thats where we struggle in, sounding like a broken record but we dont have a single player who can beat players or cut the opposition with one pass and I have no doubts Bento and Sporting know this, that's why pressure us whenever we have the ball.

This game is make or break for our european campaign. But to tell you the truth folks if we cant beat the likes of Sporting Lisboa in our own backyard then we have no right to be in Europe at any further stage. I am not saying Sporting are a bad team or anything like that it is just with our heavy invetsment both this summer and over th years we should be getting more consistent results in the CL.
Lets see if we can come away with a win in this one. I am very interested to see how Mancini solves their high pressure in all zones approach to the game. Mancini needs a few tricks up his sleeve for this one but he had passed harder tests before and it is time to prove that things like this will not be a bother in the future.
