Not good but also not bad. And i always like to remember that Juve wasnt that good against a poor Chievo (Spal is much better then Chievo in this moment), Milan lost against Lazio after a close win against Cagliari 2 weeks ago. So yeah..you can beat atalanta 7-1 but if you loose against Crotone and draw against Bologna then i dont care how much good we played against Atalanta. Or this 2-1 against Juve with De Boer.. i really give a fuck about this match, the season was terrible and no one will ever remember this win with a smile.

This team is also better then the one from Mancini 2 years ago where we won every match playing only the first half. So improvement not only to the last season but also the season from 2 years ago. Now we need to continue and keep getting better.

in some months we will have more penaltys then we ever had in this 20 years. And still someone likes to compare Fachetti and Moratti with Moggi. RIDICULOUS! thas why buffon dont likes the VAR.. now its over with this corrupt shit fucking clown.

Skriniar keeps playing better and better. Dont wanna jinx him, but so far he has been very solid.

As for Dambro, he had an OK game, but Candreva would make a less better player every other full back that we would have on his side. Because lets get it straight, Dalbert it is not world class, but he is very functional full back, because of Perisic. When you see Dalbert, you see an ordinary fullback doing an ok full back job, its like your eyes are acustomed to that kind of movement and play... with Candreva there is a conflict... he wants to get involved in every attack + more. I dont like Candreva at all, lol i remember someone here arguing with me that he is a top5 midfielder in serie a, or was, back in the days :D

Props to Icardi... all that VAR drama, i thought he'd miss. Gags was solid as well today.

It was an ok game, and we should be happy that we won it. We cant play all the games like the one against Fiore, but we sure as hell be happy about the 3 points. Games like this matter a lot... and lets not kid eachother, Spal were having an awesome team game.

Not a performance to remember, but we didn't drop points, which was the main concern considering that it was the first game after the international break and their players were better rested. SPAL are well-organised, they know how to play the ball and have shown a good personality (they drew away against Lazio and today they played another good game against us). We had a hard time breaking their defence because we moved the ball around too slowly and none of our offensive players seemed particularly inspired. SPAL defenders had Icardi playing mostly with his back to their goal, which forced us to resort to shooting from long range (not our strongest asset, although a couple of efforts deserved better luck). Thankfully, one of the few good combinations we made during the first half led to the penalty (thanks to VAR once again).

I think the hate for Candreva this game is a little irrational. Don't think he is the issue this time around, but in the past obviously a problem.

First of all, this was my first Inter game I've seen live, which obviously makes it a little bit special.

Skriniar definietely stood out, but so did Gagliardini. He really worked hard and had some very impressive interceptions.

For a big part of the game I was solely observing Joao Mario and Dalbert, both of whom seemed to be very confused. Joao Mario was running around the pitch but with no particular aim in it and without speed that could make a difference. I think he could also make more impact in the penalty area but hopefully Spaletti is going to put him on that tracks. Dalbert on the other hand played quite well I think but I noticed that he is very confused about the tactics as other players were showing him stuff and pointing him where to go pretty much all the time. Still, for a second full game I think it's acceptable.

First time i see we play at Napoli and Juventus level.

Thanks to Spalletti who know how to maximize potential our player.

Especially Skriniar, who looks like Sergio Ramos or Nemanja Vidic.

This guy will be next big thing after Hummels and Varane.

We weren't bad, we were in complete control the entire game and we didn't have to throw in ten men behind the ball last ten minutes and have us observers surviving waves of heart attacks.

This is not your typical Manshitni Style grind, we has this whole way through.

Excactly.

And anyway, Napoli today won with less shots on goal then Bologna (at last till the 70.minute Bologna was better, Napoli had only 1-2 chances). This is how you deal if you want to be at the first places.. you need to score, even if you have a bad day. Inter dont had a bad day at all. There will be anyway matches where we will suck, i know it. And in this games you need still to make points. Thats what makes you a top club.

missed the second half, But the 1 thing to note was how we were keeping possession was something i wasn't used to seeing. usually when we recover the ball we would lose it almost immediately again. Also everytime we lost the ball we pressured the opponent till they made a mistake and gives it back to us

glad that we won. spal looked like a solid team entire game, and pretty sure they will be tough to beat for any team of the league.

on a side note we have a serious problem with the right flank. both of d'abrosio and candreva are stupid brainless fucks.
