"only two midfielders fit? Shit, Eriksen how your legs feeling?"

*Smiling* "great mister!"

"Good, walk over to the referee and tell him we forfeit"

Our option for our starting midfield is out-of-sync and out-of-favor playmaker, unmotivated lazy drunkard, and the guy who fractures his foot whenever he laces the boot. If I have to choose, I would rather play Eriksen because Nainggolan won't run and defend properly and I worry Sensi will reinjure himself again. That being said, Conte would rather play 3-4-2 if his only option is to field Eriksen :work:

If Conte can make Nainggolan playing against Shaktar, it's huge win for us.

At least he can tackle and doing dirty works what Vidal do.

Eriksen on other hand, can't tackle and defend. Better play him as Second Striker / Trequatista.

Nainggolan doesn’t do that kind of stuff anymore. Maybe in his younger, Cagliari days when he was motivated and full of youthful energy.

Are you as drunk as Nainggolan? Dude played like 10 minutes this season looked out of shape, and you want him to start the most important match of the season?

Then again you have Gagliardini as an avatar.

If our right side is Hakimi - Eriksen, Skriniar will have a tough time against Shakhtar's attackers.

I don't even see Eriksen playing tonight, its a very important game and if Conte doesn't see it in him, he will not play regardless of missing players.

So excited for this game, cannot wait! 12 hours to go. Forza Inter!

I feel that excitement in the belly again, I really hope we will not fuck up tonight. We can not afford dropping out of group stage yet again, all those high paid guys need to step up today and get the result, leave the other game aside. If Borussia and Real are going to play for a draw at any moment it will be their shame and it will catch them up sooner or later. Show some balls ffs.

Eriksen scoring a screamer today :eek:blivious:

Great, now we can single out Eriksen for potentially losing out on a CL qualification (or being sent home in early December) when he hasn't played more than 10 minutes since November

Most won't but maybe some idiots will. Last time Eriksen has played a real football match was in NT break for Denmark. He hasn't started a match with this team for weeks. It was actually the last day of October he has played any reasonable minutes with this team.

Hopefully we are able to pin down Shakhtar to their box like we did last time so Eriksen's lack of match experience doesn't so that much. Though I doubt this since Shakhtar needs to also win.

Let the agony begin

Let the positivity out early brother, you're a true FIF member with this downer comment

I'm sure you're ready to slam Lukaku regardless of how well he plays and how many he scores mate.

Listen boys, lets get behind our team, lets be positive, lets be Inter. We got this, we doing this, knock out stages here we come.

I don't "slam" Inter players unless they deserve to be slammed and unless there's an irritating support of said players when they are underperforming which causes the team to fail to secure results. Lukaku is a polarizing figure because his presence is underwhelming and occasionally point costing, but he ends up on the scoresheet due to the volume of chances that flow through him amongst various other factors. And I cannot take it out of my head that we wasted all that money on him and now are praying for a result in another group game so that we can advance. Last year it cost us when it was more than doable. If it happens twice in a row, I don't care how many tap ins and PKs he scores vs Gladbach, a disqualification is also going to be on him.

If he has the same type of game vs Shakhtar as last season and Lautaro does not have the same type of game as last season, we are screwed. So yes, there should be pressure on Lukaku, more than our other players.

jesus.
Eriksen sits on the bench: "F*cking Conte, doesn't use Eriksen at all".
Eriksen in the starting lineup: "F*cking Conte, wants to blame Eriksen for the defeat".

Conte's behavior towards Eriksen is unnecessarily humiliating, but personally i wouldn't insist on it too much, it's not like he broke rules or anything. He made it abundantly clear to the player and Marotta that come January the should leave.

The way I see it, this situation is 45% on the coach, 45% on Marotta (who bought a player Conte probably didn't want in the first place) and 10% on the player himself, who deserves more time but maybe hasn't done all he could.

Also, Eriksen, feel free to score a brace and make everyone change idea...

Biggest match of the season and all the talk is sounding rather negative on this page at least. Conte this, Eriksen that, Lukaku this.,...all I’m reading is blah blah blah.

We are one win away from making it to the last 16 of the Champs League. Time for everyone to step up and believe. Inter used to have fans on here that would back the team no matter what. Instead of this major bitching.

The way I see it is simple. We gonna rain on these shaktar bitches tomorrow and the other game will go in our favour and we are through. Don’t matter how we do just as long as we win and every player gives it their all.

If Eriksen starts tomorrow then I hope he plays out of his skin to show hit real worth in coming to this team. This is his chance to show he deserves a spot. I hope everyone does the same and conte gets it right.

FORZA inter per la vita bitches. Non Mollare mai.
