31st July - Juventus v Everton in San Francisco
1st August - Real Madrid v LA Galaxy in Phoenix
3rd August - Winner of Juve/Everton v winner of Madrid/Galaxy in Los Angeles
4th August - Winner of Valencia/Milan v winner of Chelsea/Inter in New Jersey
6th & 7th August - Final & third placed matches in Miami

Grant Wahl tweeted it & he's a pretty reliable source I think. It's not 100% official though (meaning not on the tournament's website). Regardless, exact details are supposed to be released tomorrow. And Wahl also said something about how each team is guaranteed to play at least 3 matches in the US but didn't give details on that, so Inter may be playing in more places than just Indianapolis. Will have to see what comes out tomorrow.
