Sky are reporting that Pioli is considering a change to a 3-5-2 with Leao on the bench. I'd welcome this, as I think we're much more practiced with this model and would be able to find masses of space inbetween that triangle of Messias - Calabria - Kalulu and really hurt them through Dimarco - Mkhi - Lautaro, while Barella - Dzeko would absolutely bully Gabbia. We'd have good opportunities to shoot at will, as I don't think Tonali/Krunic would be able to defensively screen as well as Bennacer.

However, throwing Leao on at the 65th against Skriniar could absolutely do us in. If this is the case, we need to be up 1/2 goals so that there's no incentive for our defensive line to be high.
