I see our team is mentally stronger now, maybe last season UCL performance works wonder for them, thanks to Inzaghi for that.
BBilan has some good names, but i still don't see them as a good team, just a bunch of speedy player.

Yeah, everyone saying he will field the same team as in the first three matches, which I don't have problems with heading into this game because it's derby, and it would be maybe too risky to change stuff, but after this game he absolutely needs to rotate, or I would really start to doubt him again. He has more than capable bench, and he needs to start resting some of these players much earlier this season and not overplayed them early on.

My suspicion was always that he was too much of a pussy to do that, even if you give him a deep bench like we did this year, but hopefully he proves me wrong, coz that will be the key if we want to stay competitive throughout the whole season.

I don’t get your point tbh. If there is something to criticize it’s rather that he rotates too stubbornly instead of too little. Two seasons ago Hakan and Ivan called him out for that when he started the load management against Milan and last season there were enough moments where Lauti, Nico and Basto left the pitch negatively surprised after the decision to sub them out early.

I would also argue that we have to keep it going, because there wasn’t anything to change after the three first games. The opportunity for us to rotate is just around the corner and starts next week.

Let’s go for serious business on Saturday and maintain the bragging rights in Milano.

We are big team..... that should be expected that all our starters will be called up for their countries. Even the bench.

To help shore up any defensive lapses Hakan is going to have to be aware and anticipate trouble as it arises. The big worry is to make sure Inter doesn't have any major passing errors in the midfield or during a counter attack. It's Milan's collective team speed could cause havoc if Inter are sloppy with their passing.

I’ve been one of the biggest de Vrij critics over the past two years, but he’s earned his spot at the start of this season with a mini-revival of three excellent matches.

Dropping him now would just ruin his momentum, his confidence and rob him the chance at redemption.

If you play him and he gets pwned by Giroud, fine, whatever. But you have to take that chance.

Yeah its risky to put a player in, who's not had any match minutes until now, but Acerbi has been working 2 weeks in training centre. If our fitness coaches say he's good to go then he's good to go.

Giroud the penalty man has no answer for Acerbi.

De Vrij has earned that starting spot against Milan. I can’t see Inzaghi changing anything when it’s been smooth sailing. I could see Acerbi possibly starting midweek in the CL but not in a derby after a longish layoff.

They went for more iconic goals that also mattered, rather than great execution. Otherwise we'd see Deki twice there.
