bobooooo (until
Volevano vincere,
volevano vincere,
ma l'hanno preso nel culo
ma l'hanno preso nel culo
ma l'hanno preso nel culoooooooooooo
volevano vincere:D

what a match...man if only adriano scored those chances. it made my hair even more grey:moan:

and my heart stopped for a second when pippa scored that offside goal.
santon is the man, his calmness is just amazing. even in the final minutes when everyone was just kicking the ball away, the remained calm and passed the ball to the open player.
julio cesar saved the day in the end. i would never go to watch a match again if we didnt win this after the 1st half:D

KALADZE UNO DI NOI!!!!

edit: let's not forget: Ambrosini figlio di putana!!!!!

First of all lemme just start by saying a big FU to Galliani, and his crap about the best team blaah blaah.

With regards to Adri's goal, it's undoubtedly irregular. Let's not be biased my fellow Interisti, remember the Inter 3-2 Parma match last season? Couto made the exact same mistake (Ball hit his head then his hand) and all of us thought that the penalty was the right call. It kinda sucked that we won the Derby with an irregular goal but in the end, WHO GIVES A DUMB FUCK!? :)

I think people are getting confused over here. If Adriano had handled the ball this way inside our penalty area, then it wouldnt have been a foul .i.e not a penalty.
Handling the ball voluntary or involuntary outside your own penalty area is always a foul, whether its ball to hand or hand to ball. Involuntary ball to hand inside your own penalty area is never given as penalty, b/c it will be way to harsh.
Couto;s handball was by no means a penalty, and Adri's goal today shouldnt have stood. But I am not really complaining.

Something needs to be done to our mentality. After their goal we started falling apart for a little bit. Except Zlatan who's still trying to move forward and get mad when somebody lost the ball.

Also what's with being defensive when there's still 20 minutes left??
!
I completely agree. When put under too much pressure, we just dont know how to handle it. If we play this dominating game vs ManU at sansiro and then let them back in to score a goal, it will be a disaster. This game somewhat reminded me of the Valencia game at Sansiro, where we tied 2-2, but we always got in so much pressure after scoring, and kept on letting them back in the match. Its not our skills, its our mentality that needs to change.
By the 60th minute, I was convinced that this was the best game we had played all season, and then Pato scored against the run of play, and we suddenly got under so pressure.

Shout out to Cambiasso for a flawless display tonight. Adriano was immense as well, just needs to improve his finsihing.

Good win. Liked what I saw from the boys.... at least at times. Got a bit worried during parts of the 2nd half with the whole 5-4-1 formation.... or whatever the fuck it was. Still a win over our cugini is always enjoyable.

I can almost smell 17. :proud:

About Adri's "irregular" goal...Colina himself once said, that when a player uses his head to score a goal or pass or whatever and then the ball slides through the arm, THAT'S NOT A FOUL!!! Anyway, I don't care, the goal is on and this is it...this like a revenge for their offside goal in the first Derby this season. So it's 50:50 :)
I'd like to applaud all the players, especially Julio Cesar and Chivu who did not make ANY mistakes last night. GRANDE NERAZZURRI!!!
And our Curva Nord was amazing as well:

ps. Also note, that Milan didn't have any free-kicks at all near penalty area.
Just like the match against Juve. jose has worked on this. That's evident and we have improved in this case rather than previous seasons.
Adriano was great and his performance was his best in 3 years, I think. But he has to work for the team a little more. In some situations, especially that 1 on 1 , he was selfish and he had to pass the ball. Chivu was outstanding tonight and I consider him as our best defender. I hope to see them starting against Bologna and be ready for Man. Utd. All of our players was great and Santon was sooooo good against Beckham, Of course I think Muntari would give his place to Viera. Deki and Zanetti should work a little more.
One last thing, after Pato's goal Jose showed a master class coaching by replacing Adriano with Viera. That was a great decision. Well done SPECIAL ONE.
Three important matches are on the way: Bologna, Man Utd and Roma. If we win them all we have passed 70% of CL and Scudetto.

Channel 4 write up is pathetic.

"Inter took the lead against the run of play, as a Maicon cross swept into the six-yard box for Adriano to tap in. However, replays show he clearly turned the ball in with his arm after a slight ricochet off his head! L'Imperatore seemed to mistime his jump and the ball dipped on to the crook of his elbow to bounce past Abbiati, as the header was seemingly going off target. Last week in the 1-1 draw with Reggina, Seedorf had a similar goal disallowed."
They've always been like this and this is what I'm saying for weeks. When last week they said " Juve is ONLY 7 points below Inter " what else can we say rather than they are Jelous. Let them burn.

I really hope this derby is going to us the confidence we need heading into all important clash with Man Utd. The away match against Bologna is not on my mind anymore....

Be sure that Jose won't rest any players as he has showed in some of the previous matches maybe Maicon , Cambiasso and Deki. As Maicon was slightly injured before the derby, Cambiasso is the only replacable player and Deki was tired after playing 140 minutes according to his post match interview.
I read all the last 10 pages of this forum just now. That's why I wrote in three separate posts and it would have been too long to say them all in 1 post. Sorry.

Man i still don't understand how double-faced BBilan can be!
2-3 months ago, they had a similar situation against a small team(Torino if memory serves me right), they had a penalty given against them for a ball hitting the body of the player then hitting his hand, they complained that this was not a penalty as at the begining of the season Collina announced that was no longer a foul, if it's indirect and involuntary, they complained for weeks and Ancelotti himself almost cried about it. Now the same happens, and they are complaining on the opposite side, get a side BBilan, Double-facing is not good.

In overall, i was impressed with Inter until bbilan scored their goal, then they took heart and went on forward which made me shake a bit. I had already told my fellows watching the match that we would concede that goal, as the unwritten law of football continues, "you miss many chances and you concede a goal!", thanks god they didn't get two.
I was impressed with Adri last night who i think was man of the match, Chivu who was a rock at defense and cleared everything, adn Cesar who has shown he is the best goalkeeper in the world atm, especialy with Buffon and Casillas struggling a little.
Ibra made good space and team play, while i was calling for Stank to be replaced till 30th minute when he stepped up a gear after a half hour full of mistakes, but he then did well. Cambiasso was controlling the match as with a joystick, and Maicon is simply the best right back in the world, no doubt.

If Samuel-Chivu-Cambiasso continue this center defense against ManU, we got them done!
