I wouldnt mind starting Candreva without taking anything from Karamoh. The former should deal better with the derby vibes as well as trying to show that he is a starting material after getting benched by Karamoh twice.

Recently we've been doing well winning the ball in the midfield with Brozo-Gagliardini's pressing and running, to turtle and play on the counter would be a mistake. Saying that, it could be our only option if Vecino can't start and we're forced to play Valero. But then if we play with Valero our counter-attacking ability is basically halved cos he's too slow on and off the ball, plus our midfield would get absolutely bullied due to the lack of physicality. I imagine Perisic and Candreva will be asked to support the midfield a lot essentially playing more of a 4-4-1-1 instead of the usual 4-2-3-1, with Rafinha being the closest player to Icardi.

Or Santon could inexplicably start again :yao:

If Juve won last night I was expecting Matuidi to start at their AM role and just track Brozo all game and try to take him out of the game and that would really impact us. Now that they have to win hopefully they play Dybala there. They wont be able to mark both Brozo and Rafinha so hopefully we can over power them in the middle. I tihnk I would start with candreva also and introduce Karamoh with about 20 minutes to go. Mandzukic on the left with Cancelo is a concern for us though, high balls to the back post will cause us problems.

Because of Chielini's absence Allegri will start with three man's defense, i suppose. It's possible to skip Dybala at the beginning. I think Igauin, Cuadrado and Manzukic will start.

bigger than normal this game as we cant be sure lazio or roma will drop pts before last game of season. we need to remain within touching distance of lazio when it comes to our game. Ideally they mess up and we get top 4 before that but unlikely

Juve will be a wounded animal. I would take a draw tbh

I think you have it wrong; he'll start a back four with Rugani or Barzagli replacing Chiellini. Is Barzagli even fit?

no no no...3 points,3 punti,3 puntos,3 bodova,3 točke,3 pike!
A win against this fucks is very much possible...if we show the "coglioni"
Time FOR Icardi to show his Rube killing skills he showed us way back then in Samp days...to this day!
We need our captain to put us ahead finally! Perisic,Rafi,Brozo will have to give everything they got!
Candreva or Kara boy?! I dunno...it's a hard choice tbh
Valero or Vecino...Vecino looked much worse than Valero...sorry..if u don't agree...then u are just a hater!

we played...

Brozo
Valero-Vecino

in Torino and got a draw...but Valero and Vecino were doing fine...but now they dropped in their fitness(played so much)and they got injured...and now are more "stale"

Brozo-Borja...yeah it lacks defensive grit...but then when Vecino came in..we conceded because he acted like a moron out there...losing balls...way more than Valero did!

Gagsy boy would be awesome for this one...he is a tank in defense...on his good day no doubt

shame...shame...but this is a depth problem! players getting injured...and then we sweat...having 13 starters and not at least 20...is bad!

erm...

Icardi
Perisic-Rafi
Candreva-Brozo-?!?!?!-Cancelo
Dumbo-Miranda-Skriniar
Handa

we have a problem here...

Am i understand this clear? When we play good, Spalletti doesn't have a share on it but when we are poor, all of the blame is on him, right?

Yeah, clearly that's exactly what I said.

He was on the bench last night so he probably is. I am curious whether Allegri is going to replace Chiellini with Howedes and play Lichtsteiner on the right, like last night, or he'll play Barzagli or Rugani alongside Benatia. It's really hard to predict what Allegri may do as he has so many options. It's astonishing how deep Juve squad is in defence and attack.

I would start the usual lineup with Candreva on the right and Vecino supporting Brozovic. Karamoh would be a great option to bring in for the last 30 minutes to trouble the tired Juve defence with his pace. Please lets not start the 3 man defence with Santon as a wing back.

We will need another big game from Skriniar and Miranda if we want to get anything out of this game. Juve will be out for blood after the CL and Napoli disasters. But luckily, those two are among our most consistent performers.

The difference between the two sides is that when Gaglirdini gets injured for Inter, we panic as we have no one decent on the bench. Chiellini gets injured for Juve, they worry about whether to play Barzagli, Howedes or Rugani next to Benatia. Its the same for every position - Handa gets injured, we are fucked. Buffon gets injured, on comes Szczesny. Perisic gets injured, we have fucking Eder. Bernardeschi gets injured, they have Costa or Cuadrado. Every fucking position they have players on the bench who are at the same level (or higher) as our starters.

Confirmed: Chiellini hamstring tear
(LINK)

Juventus could lose Giorgio Chiellini the rest of the season after it was confirmed the defender suffered a hamstring tear against Napoli.

Chiellini pulled up just 10 minutes into Juve’s 1-0 defeat to Napoli, and a statement on the Bianconeri’s official website explains tests on Monday showed ‘a tear to the biceps femoris muscle in his left knee’.

Given the defender tore the muscle, as opposed to straining it, he will miss the Old Lady’s trip to Inter on Saturday and is not certain to be back in time for the Coppa Italia Final against Milan on May 9.

well, they have a lot more money and consistent CL participation, which both entice good players to come and allows you to afford them.
that is why qualifying to the CL is so essential

I think we need Ranocchia in this match especially in the last 15 minutes. He is good in the air.

Picture did make me laugh but they should probably have put Torino and Samp or someone instead of Lazio and Roma, I sincerely doubt either of them want us to win
