De Vrij is suspended. Our defensive trio is going to be D'Ambrosio - Bastoni - Kolarov. Conte hasn't tried Brozovic with the starters at all so far. Vidal missed yesterday training due to bureaucratic reasons so we can also rule him out. This is what media predict:

The only saving grace in that lineup is the debut of Hakimi and Eriksen being given "another chance", even though he's being set up to fail as AM in that system which has looked horrendous every time we've played it.

I am expecting the 3412 to continue being paper-thin in midfield and for an underwhelming game, either 0-0, 1-1 or even a "shock" loss to compound the current tenuous situation. Forza Inter.

That is such a lie it's unreal. Someone explain to me exactly how the fuck does having Eriksen magically allow for Perisic to play at LWB. And does that mean the reason Eriksen spent last season as an 89th minute sub was because he didn't have Perisic in the team?

This is just Conte being a raging lunatic who doesn't have the mental aptitude to plan 1 week into the future. All of a sudden he's dropped Brozovic because he's thinking about Kante despite the fact that we are lightyears away from signing Kante. He wants Kante so he's dropped Brozo and has no one capable of playing DM. That forces him to play 3412 with Eriksen because Vidal isn't ready to start. Plan for Eriksen my ass.

There is a fundamental difference in the way Perisic-Hakimi play as compared with Young-D'Ambrosio. Young and D'Ambrosio tend to stay low and whip in early/high crosses. On the other hand, Perisic and Hakimi will try to get behind the defense line with speed and deliver low crosses which calls for a goal scoring midfielder who attacks the box, which Eriksen is.

I could be imagining things though and you're spot on about what's going on in Conte's head
