No, the best way to deal with trolls on the net is to ignore them. Trust me even with a cap they'll start new threads... if there's a limit they'll post 100 times in 5 minutes.

Just let them show how childish they are and ignore their posts. Nothing burns more than being not acknowledged. It doesn't really hurt me to take a look, snicker, and then scroll past that junk. Please everyone stop responding to them, that will really piss them off more than anything you can write.
