Ok, every game is tough but Maicon have been gone for av while in CL. So I think that we will do well whitout him and Figo as well. I'm a lot more worried about the future of the tournoment. We have to find somthing better than Cesar. It's maybe just me but I really don't like him!

We are in all sorts of problems with the midfield, now that Figo has also joined Stankovic, Vieira, Jimenez. Thank god, it's CSKA Moscow and not other high profile team and also coz it's going to be a home game for us.

now that we have a crisis when it comes to the attacking midfield position, mabye we should try Ibra there. With Cruz and Suazo/Crespo upfront.
Zanetti- Cambiasso- Dacourt would provide more than enough cover.

Well, in this specific match, we won't be able to do that as Zanetti probably has to play right-back. Personally, I WANNA see Solari in this one. He will now have the chance to finally make a contribution to this team, and playing at home to the Russians is a good start.

In Serie A however, I am complely in favour of switching to 4-3-1-2 and Zlatan behind two strikers.

Yh i think Solari should play as well. CSKA will try and bog down the midfield, if we can get the ball out wide to solari he can put in some good crosses, so if Solari plays i think maybe Crespo should also play as I think he is our best player in the air up front.

I like that line up, it nullifies many of the injuries we've sustained. Hopefully we can hold them defensively, while allowing our strikers to work and maicon/maxwell will be able to work something on the wings. Perhaps capitano will stun us with some brilliant runs as he has in the past.

We will definitely be able to hold them defensively. Whether we can score against them ( due to lack of creativity) is another issue tho.
