Hope it won't be as easy for the Germans as in 1939 but this time there won't be any Russians at the Eastern front :p

I'm just waiting for this:

Polish team is all about the colective. It's never about individuality. That's why we were able to beat Portugal easy with 2-1(late goal from Portugal), dominating almost the whole game.

It's all about determination, and force. Unfortunatly, that's mostly what Germany are also about, just that they do it usually better :p

It will be a close one. I will be happy with a draw in this one, but who knows. Benhaker is a great coach, one of the best we had in past I don't know 2 decades or so. If we had a shot against Germany it is definetly today.

Today I hope you will be able too see how you should support your national team throughout the game, with crazy polish fans :)

If Hitler was to rise to power these days, football would be banished, all round objects destroyed and stadiums raized to the ground.

Almost no pure German in the team, and no pure German striker minus Neuville

Klose and Podolski who were part of the goal are Poles and apparently they scored own goals :D
They have Castro, Gomez who's Brazilian and Kuranyi who's from everywhere. Hitler would slay them and try to stop football from being played :p

Germany can go far, but althought Poland lost, I think they will make some mess here, they are well organized and dangerous.

TBH I thought that Poland was better than Croatia and Austria. Then again you should not judge your opponent by one match but if Croatia won't up their game against Poland they might flop.

Like Tony Sporano used to say:

"What you gonna do".

Germany deservely won the game, they have a better team, and that's pretty much it.

ps. Podolski wanted to play for Poland, but our FA wans't convinced he was good enough. He didn't celebrate today after the goals, and that was great to see from him. Also after the game, he WORN polish jersey, WOW. After switching the shirts players don't wear them. That was pretty emotional from Lukas.
ps2. Our day isn't as sour as much, with Kubica winning the GP of Formula 1 in Canada today, and taking the first spot in general clasification, so we have somethin to celebrate today.

What you gonna do indeed. Germany deserved the win and we will have a tough time qualifying now. Gotta beat Croatia, which isn't impossible but it's going to be difficult if our CD's don't step up their game.

Hopefully Sweden does better otherwise half the fun of the tournament is already gone.

Sick matches tomorrow though. France-Romania is gonna be a fastpaced affair and Holland-Italy could very well be the final.

:howler::howler:

Handing out citizenships is for pussies,Hitler would just do it the old fashioned way and take over their country!!!:)

Anyways my beloved Germany showed their character without showing too much.Gomez wont be there for the big games if he continues like this.

Poland played well i thought..Much better than Croatia, which didnt show anything to me..From what I saw hope Germany and Poland qualify.

I think only team that can cause Germans trouble would be France..Didnt see them in the tournament yet but they have a great defense with great midfield.Would be a great match if they get out of the group of death.France however seem to have a problem scoring from what i have seen recently..

I propose stopping Hitler topics here. You know, "some" polish are a little "touchy" about him.

I know it's all just a joke, but with some things it's not apropriate to make a jokes.

ps. That's nothing offensive, just "request".
