What a horrible match that Denmark game was, i was at a restaurant, supposed to celebrate a double 70's birthday, but as everyone are football fans, all the talk went to the Eriksen incident, we even thought he was dead at a time. Absolutely horrible, but he pulled through, thankfully.
Gotta love how Lukaku shouted out to Eriksen into the camera, after his first goal.
Barella also gave big props to Milans Simon Kjær (danish captain) as well.
Good stuff.

It was also great to hear the fins and danes all singing/shouting for Eriksen and the Fin's clapping the danish team back on the field when it was finally resumed.
Eriksen survived, thankfully, now they need to find the cause of the incident. If its an undiagnosed heart defect his career is sadly over, probably.
From a football perspective, its another bad luck for Denmark. They had a pretty promising team this year, especially playing all group games at home. But without eriksen and losing against Finland they are out already, gotta feel sad for the danish supporters. Im old enough (sadly) to remember the great danish team in the 80's, when Allan Simonsen (former Ballon d'Or winner) had a horrific knee injury, which hurt their chances quite abit in 84 despite having a great team that did well even without him.
I dont understand why they finished the game tbh, i think it was probably for the people in the stadium. read both the Fin's and the Dane's wanted to finish the game, though UEFA wanted it to be played behind closed doors today instead. Poor judgement by Denmark to finish the game, as they were clearly upset about the Eriksen incident and ended up losing to a team they should beat 95/100 times and they are now out of the tournament already.
