I don't care for Roma in particular but Atalanta usually are after good players. But, the fact is that both of the clubs are ready to spend 30mln for a player coming from a bad season instead to focus on other targets. Milan are not interested, because if they get him for 30mln they cannot sell him later with huge profit, as he failed already at EPL, so the options abroad will be very limited.
I won't be surprised if Jube try to get him, but they need to get rid of Vlahovic first, which won't be so easy task.
